I would have gave it a 5 star but we had to sit nextdoor in the bar. Where there was a gentleman who had one to many at 5pm. But the wings were some of the best I've had, the pizza was more toppings that dough which me and my wife loved. Definitely a mist try just order out! ?

The owners of this franchise should be ashamed to serve this pizza. I've worked for beggars for years and this is not beggars pizza. The dough was definitely old and I mean real old. It was like chewing on a tire. Pizza came with little to no sauce and cold. They did very nicely ask if I wanted a full refund or another pizza at no charge amd to keep the bad one. So I said ok we'll try it again. 2nd pizza did come hot...but that's where the good ends. Again the crust is rubber and no sauce anywhere but the edges. Definitely will be letting Larry Garetto know about the abysmal quality of this franchise store. Definitely will be ordering from Crown Point from now on.

Did a delivery order. Asked for sausage and pepperoni; got sausage. Pizza was not freshly cooked. Crust hard, pizza not hot, not even warm. The Winfield store is less than 4 miles from the delivery address. Traditional BBQ wings were good.

Ordered on July 29th $65 worth of food and not a single item was correct or even anything I ordered. I was assured they would remake the food but by this time they were getting to close so I was told I would be given a credit. Called today, and there is absolutely no credit. I will never give this place my money again.

Ordered half a BBQ chicken and 1/2 meaty received 1/2 cheese pizza and 1/2 sausage with one piece of pepperoni. Server was rude taking the order, looks like she hates her job and was firm and rude when we explained the mistake. Receipt says Teresa and if it’s the right person she didn’t care not one bit. Zero customer service skill.

There was an issue with the delivery of my food. It was erroneously delivered to an old address on file. The manager, Garrett (I believe), went above and beyond to correct the mistake and also made me want to be a return customer. The food was fantastic and his quick response and resolution of the issue was top notch!!

I don't go here any more very unprofessional and pizza was made wrong several times. Cashier lady had an attitude. One day I ordered delivery , 2 hours went by no pizza I called to inquire and they said they needed 45 mins more until delivery guy got more orders to take before I could get my pizza. I told her I will just come and pick it up then. I get there it still was not ready. With no apologies from staff for delay and attitude. Never again. I go to Pizza Hut or aurrlieo with no problems.

Ordered a medium deep dish with half cheese and half sausage and mushroom. Came back with half sausage and half mushroom. The toppings that were on the pie were scarce. If I’m paying $24 for a pizza I expect it to be perfect. Especially after waiting an hour for it. Yes, I know deep dish takes longer. The Beggars on Broadway in CP is much better. I will drive the extra way to that one next time instead.
