Called and placed an order for delivery and was told it would be an hour for delivery and my pizza was never delivered. Called to speak to the manager and she she stated that they put the order in for pick up and I received was an apology.

The place is great but unfortunately is deteriorating because of not being cleaned appropriately. The service was good 😊 but it's always the lack of staff that makes it harder for one waitress to serve and maintain clean. But overall, everything was good 😊. Thank you.

It is a known issue that the tracking system for the online order is not correct in time frame of the food being done, will mess up the pickup and delivery methods, and lacks any communication if it's running behind. A known issue that has not been fixed or communicated to the customer and left on them to figure out. If it's a door dash item, the delivery driver is not going to stick around waiting beyond that allotted time because they were already given their windows and have other deliveries too. I will not be ordering again.

Went there with my family of eight as I am in town visiting. The restaurant was not busy except for a birthday party. We had to ask several times for refills and items needed to eat with. We ordered three pizzas, one which was gluten-free. Apparently, the waitress forgot about our two deep dish pizzas and let them sit so they became cold. Then she tried to serve them to us. They offered to remake the entire order or discount the cold pizzas. We had already spent over an hour waiting and could not wait any longer so we accepted the discount. We will never go back again.

Do I need to write a review? Just go here! Update: I made this review 5 years ago, but I needed to add just how much I enjoy this place. The Godfather is the best beef sandwich ever and the draft beer tastes so great! I have been going here for many years and I usually have a good time! I love the fries and the service is awesome! There is usually no wait which is also a plus.

I called in a pick up order Saturday night and ordered 2 deep dish pizzas. Everything was read back to me as I ordered it and was told my order would take about 30 min. When I arrived roughly 30 min later to pick up my order, I was told my deep dish pizza was taking a little longer and that it usually takes about 45 min to an hour to cook. I verified with the lady who checked on my order that I should’ve had 2 deep dish pizzas. I found out later that the young girl who took my order over the phone messed up my order and put in the wrong size pizza and they had to remake my deep dish pizza. So I had to wait another hour for my pizza. I ended up paying $77+ on my order and there were no apologies or compensation for their mess up. I lost my time and encountered horrible customer service. When my order was ready the same young girl that took my order over the phone brought it out and informed us it took so long because I chose to change my order last min. I let her know I ordered and confirmed everything correctly over the phone and asked to speak to a manager. The young girl had a very bad attitude and was very unprofessional. She had dyed brown and black hair. To add insult to injury the pizza was overcooked and rubbery. We will not be spending our money at this establishment anymore.

Strike 3 with this place. Nobody knows how to take accountability and expect customers to "contact corporate" with issues when........ corporate doesn't answer anything. The pizza is great but customer service ?. Sad I was ordering $80 a week ?
We will not order again we have been customer for years but the last couple times the pizza had tomato paste on with no flavor I don't want to eat tomato paste

Ppl complaint so much stay home and cook ur own food and see all the mess at home it's not the same. If ur not ready to go out to eat stay home like all the customers before that complaints so much it's so ez to go on social media and complaint you guys don't know what ppl go thru.
