HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.my husband placed an order over the phone for a stuffed pizza. The lady said it would be ready in 30 mins. Husband confirmed with her because normally that type of pizza when we order takes 30 mins. She said she got it wrong and put him down for a thin crust. Anyways … she said she spoke to the manager and fixed our order it will be ready in an hour. HUSBAND DRIVES 30 MINUTES to get there and they hand him a thin crust pizza. Not even the correct toppings.They didn’t apologize or anything. All he got was “well I can make the other pizza for you but it will take an hour”. Husband left. We will never go back. It’s unfortunate because we love their pizza but after that experience they will not get our money anymore. Whatever manager was on duty on May 3 around 8 pm , you need a new job.

I ordered a pizza at 7:50pm and it was never delivered. After approximately an hour and a half 9:15pm I called and was told that they were closed and only had one delivery driver and I was 5th in line but the driver will still deliver. I was told the driver would arrive in 5 to 10 minutes. Here it is 10:30pm now and still no pizza. Horrible business!!!! This company sucks!!! I personally don't like the pizza anyway, I only ordered it for my daughter. She's pissed and hungry now Smh. Never again!!! Update!!!!!! I discovered this morning that My pizza that I ordered last night was left on the hood of my brand new car!!!! I’m highly pissed!!!! And cannot wait until they open this morning ???

Ordered a medium sausage & mushroom. Hardly any sauce, covered with ground sausage (not that tasty) and I found maybe a few stems & pieces of mushrooms. I don't know why people keep saying this is supposed to taste like the pizza from the old mill in Merrillville. Not even close. I went there many times and I don't remember it tasting like this. This the second time I have ordered a pizza from here and it's not that great. Sorry. Just my opinion

Very very plain pizza. The cheese is about the only thing you can grab taste from. The crust just tastes like crispy air, I can't even explain it. No love at all in their pizza.
