We were there yesterday to watch the bears game. I get it they were busy but customer service was horrible. There were pleanty of people working that this should not have happened. Intentionally ignoring customers is never ok. Cold food is never ok. The best indication.of a good restaurant is when.the service is just as good when they're busy as when they're not. They failed miserably.

It's a bar so the fry foods are good i had the chicken wrap and my boyfriend had the ham sandwich. For an appetizer we had the fried pickles they were delicious . My food was not the best mostly lettuce some chicken a piece of tomato and my boyfriend's sandwich didn't have enough cheese. The bathroom is handicapped accessible and the waitress we had was great 👍

stopped in today to get some breadsticks and first thing i noticed when i walked in was how HOT it was at this place. Im not over exaggerating when i say this place was as hot as satins asshole. i was in there for 10 minutes and my face was sweaty and my shirt was sticking to my body. i feel bad for the workers since they have to work in these conditions. Basically what i'm saying is fix the AC!!!! anyways talked to a guy named Jerry and a girl named Peyton they seemed nice and chill and the breadsticks slapped. thanks for coming to my ted talk i’ll be back for sure and hopefully this time with AC.
I was there for a retirement party in a side room. Wings and the pizza were very good, I had seconds. Staff there were very nice a professional.

I’ve been going to old Mill pizzeria since I was young when it was in Merrillville on 73rd Ave. The Pizza yesterday was a big disappointment. Cheese and sausage ratio was flipped in my opinion. Way too much cheese and hardly any meat and I know that’s not how they used to make it. We have been at Buddy and Pals about two months ago and it was not like that. It was just as I remembered it. Was there a new cook? We will try it one more time. If this is the way you’re making it I won’t be back.

Amanda provided excellent service on a game night. We enjoyed laughter, fellowship, fun and a variety of televisions to see multiple games. It was also super fun because the Indiana Pacers won game two of the Eastern Conference Finals while we were at this location.

I usually enjoy this place on any typical night. New Year's eve was frustrating.
I just wanted to have some drinks with friends and do the countdown at midnight, and neither happened. Bartenders were solely focused on 1 side of a rectangular bar. Got in at 11:35pm and couldn't get a drink by midnight, nor the 20 mins after I stayed. You had to seizure or somehow annoy the bartenders to get noticed for a drink.
Then the stroke of midnight. Idk what sort of amateur band was there, but who plays their songs through midnight and doesn't stop for a countdown?!
I'll be back for random nights but definitely won't be back for a NYE.
