This location is trash. We’ve been going here for years almost 1x a week and within the last 6 months it has gotten terrible. We waited 15 mins just for our server to greet us and take our drink order. At that time I just had us give our entire drink and food order. She Got the drink order wrong, never received the beer and the silverware was missing when out food came out. I went to get my own silverware because the server never came back to our table. Other servers were running our food out. The wings were overcooked and rock hard. We asked to speak with the manager about it and she didn’t even have the time or effort to come to our table. The regional manager needs to visit this location more often because their people suck.

Come on, it’s common sense in the dining industry that you prioritize your dine-in over take-out. It’s New Year’s Eve and your dine-in is thin, meanwhile you’ve managed to churn all your take out orders regardless of their wait. More than 90 minutes with no food. Owner needs to start taking some accountability with this establishment. Kudos to the staff that showed up though!

I got a pickup order around 8pm tonight and tell me why all my wings were dry I asked for lemon pepper dry rub and they tasted like absolute shit or like someone just didn’t try. There was no seasoning on them. It’s ridiculous this isn’t the first time something like this happens. I’m sick of eating shitty wings. Bdubs is known for delicious wings not some shitty stale wings

I have worked for the food industry for 24 years and the situation I was in was improperly handled! My fried pickles were not cooked I asked the server to ask the cook to fry them again she said she would ask and can back to the table and said due to sanitary reasons they can not take them back which I know is true. And she walked away never gave me a new order or anything. No manager on site and that was it! I asked for a box and packed them up I will recook them at home I guess. Wow!!!!!! The place on a Saturday night was at less than half capacity now I know why. I was very disappointed. The young server we had was very nice but the food and kitchen service was sub par.

Had to change the review from couple years ago, went in to eat tonight 3 of us. To start off employees would walk by notneven acknowledging us or the party in front of us standing there. Had to wait for the lady doing the take out orders to finish with that line to be sat down. We placed our order My son and wife got what they ordered and was almost done and my order had not arrived at the table. Asked the waitress when she came over to tell us mine should be out soon. I told her dont worrie about it since the table was almost done. Manager come out and said he was sorry he had been in back since they have 3 new people. Yes they did comp my meal. This is not the first time we had issues. Not to mention my wifes chicken was not even warm. I took mine home and it was over cooked and very little sauce on my wings. I can say we will not be going back

Your food is really good but your online ordering system needs some revamping. I ordered 12 wings literally checking out at 6:11 online and it said ASAP soonest was 6:50pm. I always want to order on my lunch break so I'll place the order 20 mins before my lunch break and it's always a 30-40 min wait no matter the day/time of day because the system always does at least 30 mins out but if you order 1 min past like say 6:10 now it's a 40 minute wait. I could always call and then it'd be ready ASAP but I can't always do this because I'm with patients literally until I go on my 30 minute lunch break. It's very frustrating to order food for quick pickup and have it not be ready for 40 minutes. And it doesn't even show up in your system until like 15 mins before the promise time so no one knows the order was placed at 6:11. Just my thoughts to decrease that window

Summit St. Crown Point Indiana location. Always something here. Bartender or waitress with disrespectful attitude, terrible food, won't turn on or up volume of game. Will never eat here again. Think I'll just buy a Roku. I ordered the chicken wrap.

The manager needs to go. We waited an hour for food only to receive it COLD. While waiting in line to be seated the manager was on a personal call surrounded by 70+ people on a Sunday. I will say, there has been much better service here in the past, but that was when there were maybe 20 people here. And our server was great, but she was absolutely slammed and the manager was nowhere to be found in the entire hour after we saw her on a personal call on her cellphone. Sundays are game days, so therefor there should be all hands on deck, since seeing the manager she never once helped pass out food. Extremely disappointed in her. Servers were great, manager, horrible.

Went tonight to watch the world series, we sat in the bar area. The drinks were served within 3 minutes, I asked for a menu. It took the bartender over 25 minutes to ask for our order when there was just another couple and us 2, I was upset and did not order nothing just asked for the check and left.

Would like to start with this is the last time ill order from them I just spent over 100 dollars on an order from them threw door dash and they never sent any of my sause for 40 wings I ordered I call and the manager gets rude and tells me its not there fault that I have to take it up with door dash and the dasher told me they where rushing my order and forgot it told me I have to call door dash for a refund

Everytime we order from here , it gets worse and worse. From the ranch cups being charged yet only being 1/4 filled or the wings having zero sauce.

I went here for a painting party. I had never been since *gasp* I don’t like chicken wings. I had a burger. It was delicious. Juicy, cooked perfectly. The potato wedges were also very good. My family liked the wings. Was concerned about drinks, as I only drink wine. But they had wine. Overall a great experience.

First time to this location on Sept 27. Loved the regional sports memorabilia and decor. Bar was pretty busy and only had one bartender that had to handle the tables too. Needed some help as she was struggling to keep up. Forgot a few items which wasn't a surprise. Manager walked around later and checked on the tables. Didn't have wraps which was disappointing for one in the party and they didn't even know it. Good beer selection. Love the 3 Floyd's options.

I have always loved Buffalo Wild Wings, however the last 3 times that we have been to this location the food has been below average and cold, and people seated after you get waited on first. It's a shame because the other two locations in the area are even worse. I will give this location one more chance but if it's as bad as it has been that will be the last time I go.

The food is amazing. We ordered an appetizer consisting of tortilla chips and a variety of dipping sauces. The queso was my personal fav for dipping the chips in. The main meal that i recomend is the all american burger. It was quite delicious with the meat patties melting in my mouth. The waitress was kind and attentive to pur needs, and the wait for food wasn't terrible. Plus the free wifi is fast and efficient.
