Ordered chicken sandwich and fries. Received wrap vs sandwich. Would not rate to food quality above 2. Wrap and fries were not at all fresh tasting. Fries were not warm, hard, and not tasty at all. Wrap was ok, but certainly does not earn a recommendation. Guy behind the bar was friendly and showed interest in his customers. Bar tender was the only part of this experience that gets a good rating. Restroom, not all that clean either. 👎👎👎

I won't be coming back here. My wife and I with our two year old came out to get some lunch and it was terrible. First off Me and my daughter received our food 20 minutes after my wife had hers. Second, I ordered tots which came out cold. Finally, when me and my daughter received our food, it was luke warm and even my daughter didn't like her food and spit it out! So food, service and quality = terrible

Food was great but am absolutely baffled by the stalls in the woman’s bathroom. Doors are so close to the toilet I could barely fit into the stall to close the door. I am a thin woman, there’s no way larger woman can possible fit into the two stalls that are not handicap. Truly unbelievable

Jess w the gm was absolutely amazing, so helpful, the floor manager Jessica o was went above & Beyond my expectations. And Kirsten the bartender is probably one of the best bartenders I've ever had. Very quick and attentive. Love the service. Will be back

Service for our party of 8 was great. Wings were on the small side.
After being seated at our table, my family of 7 sat for 25 minutes watching the servers walk by without a single one checking to see if we’ve been waited on. They didn’t even bother to look at us! We witnessed other tables be waited on, and served food/drinks, one of which had arrived AFTER us. I’ve never been so disrespected at a restaurant before. With this blatant and intentional disregard shown towards my family, we will never eat here again.

First time visiting crown point location, and am sad we haven't driven out this way sooner! First and foremost our server Rayna was amazing. She is the first server we've ever had to just refill drinks as she saw them empty instead of us just waiting for them and having to ask. She was very polite to our group and had a smiling face the whole time with us (we have 4 children-all boys). I know when people typically see our family walk in they probably get worried but she was on top of everything! Our food was so good! New menu items did not disappoint at all! We had a great visit at this location. The only downfall and I mean it was not bad, was the bathroom I felt can be a little cleaner. Corners cleaned etc.
