Absolutely one of my families worst times here. We’ve been going to this restaurant for years and today it was god awful. Our waitress took our drink order after we sat for 10 minutes mind you it wasn’t busy what so ever there were some people but it wasn’t ungodly busy. Then she took our appetizer order and we got our food before we ever got our appetizer then when we asked about it she said oh i didn’t know you ordered that as well. But she took the order our fries pickles were a legit lump not even separate pickle chips, the queso was cold and mac and cheese wasn’t even creamy it was like it was sitting for three days straight. hopefully they get better service because people were just standing around talking instead of doing their jobs absolutely disgusted and disappointed in this place. They had way better potential then this what happened. Walking out my family wasn’t the only ones complaining a couple also walked out talking about how their waitress was constantly ignoring them when they said “excuse me” to her.

The atmosphere was a little so so. I overheard a conversation where some people were talking about other employees there and it was very distasteful. It just kind of made my experience a little awkward considering I could overhear some personal conversations. Definitely not a fan of that. I asked an employee who those individuals were and they replied that they were management. Definitely not a good example of leadership. I should’ve said something then but I had my toddlers with me and they were tired and honestly I just wanted to leave.

Ordered chicken sandwich and fries. Received wrap vs sandwich. Would not rate to food quality above 2. Wrap and fries were not at all fresh tasting. Fries were not warm, hard, and not tasty at all. Wrap was ok, but certainly does not earn a recommendation. Guy behind the bar was friendly and showed interest in his customers. Bar tender was the only part of this experience that gets a good rating. Restroom, not all that clean either. 👎👎👎

I won't be coming back here. My wife and I with our two year old came out to get some lunch and it was terrible. First off Me and my daughter received our food 20 minutes after my wife had hers. Second, I ordered tots which came out cold. Finally, when me and my daughter received our food, it was luke warm and even my daughter didn't like her food and spit it out! So food, service and quality = terrible

Food was great but am absolutely baffled by the stalls in the woman’s bathroom. Doors are so close to the toilet I could barely fit into the stall to close the door. I am a thin woman, there’s no way larger woman can possible fit into the two stalls that are not handicap. Truly unbelievable

They never answer the phone. My wife just delivered a child and wanted wings. I tried to order online and it wasn't working so I tried calling and the phone just rings smh.
Jess w the gm was absolutely amazing, so helpful, the floor manager Jessica o was went above & Beyond my expectations. And Kirsten the bartender is probably one of the best bartenders I've ever had. Very quick and attentive. Love the service. Will be back
