I ordered a number 5 didn't get my drink. Asked the lady she went to look at a screen started bagging orders. Mind you my food order was handed to me without my drink. Another female can to the window I told her I didn't get my drink she asked what did you order I said a number 5. She said ok went back to the lobby register. Almost 5 minutes the lady came back and said what did you order again I told her my drink strawberry lemonade. Also drive through backed up behind me. Just sad it was so unnecessary to delay making a drink .

You can tell the employees don't like their job, which makes for a very tense interaction. No greeting, just a demand for my order. I was the only person in the drive through. Ordered one whopper meal in the evening for my kid. Took just under 10 minutes sitting at the window to receive meal through the drive through. Everything was cold.

I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. We went thru the drive thru they didn't give us at least one of our items. Everything else was extremely cold and old. The fries were cold and hard same with the chicken nuggets. The burgers were obviously microwaved and old. The cookies in my kids meals were rock solid. Keep in mind they made us wait about 30 minutes for all of this trash food. Then when reached out to about this food that was unfit for even animals they only would offer some 15 dollar coupon for a later meal even though they screwed up over 40 dollars worth of food and even stole some of it from us. They still seemed to think this was ok even after making people sick from the garbage socalled food they served. It's sad ANYWHERE else would have at least replaced the food nowonder Burger King is in the toliet.

If I could give zero I would. Order is wrong. Placed on door dash because of surgery can not drive. The food is old like it had been sitting for a while. Just discussed. You pay for food and get this nasty crap. I tried calling because of the order being wrong they won’t even answer!

The burger is under cooked, it's been like that for years. It's not the same like back in the 70s and 80s. It doesn't taste like it was cooked in a flame broil grill anymore. It's because they are rushing cooking the burgers patties.
