My customer service was fine through the drive-thru. My food was absolutely cold. My fish sandwich was hot but it was very greasy. My onion rings seem like it's been sitting there since that morning and I came well after 3:00. As long as we sit there in that drivethru, you would think the food will be fresh, not just partial to the food.

Order incorrect, had to go back in line and wait. I just wanted my food remade so everything was hot at same time. Was told not able to do that. I insisted it should be remade and correct as what I paid for. Finally it was remade after I said I’d be more than happy to wait. However upon returning home after i clarified the order. It was still incorrect. I have always love Burger King but service is not what I expect as lower standard fast food place. Wish they would have higher standards when it comes to service at least.

I would put a zero star rating if I could. That lady named KOKo is harsh and unapologetic for placing sauce on my order even if I ask for plain. When I ask for the cheese on my burger for my son she said I have to come around the driveway and put a new order again [she is the meanest]...Kids cried on the way home.
