Wife ordered food online and picked it up. She didn't check our food and they had put cheese on it. Instead of being able to call and get it rectified quickly, you have to go through this chat box with them to get funds for a replacement. Then, reorder the food and wait AGAIN. This is an asinine way of .correcting incorrect orders. Staff I did deal with were friendly and helpful.

Recently ordered a couple of bowls on the app and forgot chips. I drive up to the chiptole lane and ask can I pay for some chips and they guy at the window says we have to walk inside to order them. Very poor customer service if you don’t want my money I want comeback terrible service. Oh yeah have to edit this because they forgot silverware don’t go here.

Gets worse every visit.... After a couple orders using THEIR app, picking items up at the window. I will never eat at the Crown Point Chipotle again. The last 3 purchase I have made in-app have been completely subpar. First, they NEVER give utensils or napkins even after marking the box to ensure they include it since I am returning to work to eat it (without any utensils). Secondly the portions now are below the halfway point in the bowl. Like if you are not there in the lobby to watch them make your food you get what looks like scraps of leftovers in your container. I can't even tell if I got steak or the sofritas. The rice doesn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. EVEN THE CHEAPEST ingredient they are stingy with. If you order salad, they will forget your salad dressing. This purchase was for convenience. I will just make my own "burrito" bowls at home. I EVEN left a "tip for the crew". WHY? Nothing at the Crown Point location is ever tip worthy. I used to order lunch, and it would literally be enough for two lunches. DO BETTER.

Chipotle just isn't that good anymore. Half the time they are super dirty and I'm not digging the quality. What happened? It's not just one location. They have gone down hill and it's super expensive for fast food. Bummer, bc it was my favorite a few years ago.

There is a drive up pick up window "Chipotlane," but no way for patrons to alert staff they are there to pick up order (microphone or "alert" in App). We Sat there unacknowledged & unnoticed for 5-10 minutes, just after previous car left. We decided to drive around building to see if we missed a screen or "order here" station. Not impressed with Chipotlane service...
The manager "Christina" had a issue with me waiting for fresh chicken when it was literally 6 pieces of chicken left in the bottom of the pan, no one else was in line behind me. There was literally a whole new fresh batch of freshly cut chicken waiting behind the server. She refused to open it up and told me I had to take what was there in the bottom of the pan which was nothing. Also the servers pushed the spilled rice that's on the counter back into the rice pan..That's very unsanitary
