It was so busy and the line was so long! There were literally only 3 people working. One drive through, one cook, and one on main line front area. Despite it all, the 3 employees on shift around 530 today never missed a beat! Huge props to Brandy. She smiled and she was fast and efficient! I saw some great team work and positive attitudes even that short staffed! Thanks Brandy!

This was honestly a really disappointing experience. The restaurant was basically dead, but my bowl was barely filled. I clearly said no beans, yet the employee still tried to add them — and when there were already beans on the bowl, she just left them instead of fixing it.
I was barely given any rice or meat and ended up having to pay for double meat just to get a reasonable portion. Most of the topping containers were nearly empty, so none of the toppings were portioned correctly either.
I’ve never had this issue at any other Chipotle location. If they were slammed, I’d understand — but there were only three people in the lobby. For the price, this level of service and portioning just isn’t acceptable.

Been going to this Chipotles since it opened and food was very good until today. The chicken the little bit of it was fatty and grissly, the the toppings were not equal portions and mostly brown rice which was under cooked. I know yall can do better but for 20 dollars for a burrito, we might take our buisness elsewhere, sorry tighten up.

Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Asked for steak in my bowl, and they gave me a 3 little pieces . I asked for a little more and the manager took out a little cup and picked the steak out of the bowl and filled it in the cup and said it’s a full portion. Rice was also cold. Don’t go here.

What a wonderful Sunday to walk into Chipotle. The staff was amazingly wonderful! Jaylin was great and served me with a smile. The food was sooo good! Try the carnitas, it was the best protein I ever had. Come to this chipotle! The food was great, service was awesome, and my whole experience was great. God bless. Happy Sunday!

I have been to this chipotle a few times and every time the employees have been friendly, especially the daytime staff. I was skeptical to try this location due to reading some negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The line was stocked well and very clean. I will definitely return to this location.

I went in today to pick up a lunch that I ordered online. The staff was very, very attentive and friendly. I was having trouble with my app and Jessica and Hannah helped me out. Everyone was very nice. My burrito bowl was perfect and the portion was large. I would go here again and recommend this location to friends.

Tell you what the used to be decent here but lately they're service had been going down they are starting to be like the one in St.John and that one is horrible employees are rude and everyone knows it and it's a shame dyer is getting the same way. The best one to go to is in schererville employees are great and not greedy with the servings.

Had ordered catering in advance and upon arrival no one knew what I was talking about. Had to wait over 30 minutes to have it made with barely an apology and absolutely nothing else. How much lower can Chipotle go? Its embarrassing and the last time ill be bringing not only future catering but my personal as well. Qdoba doesnt have issues like this. Its embarrassing for a business to run like this
