They had 4 people working behind the counter. The cashier was making something and ignored two people at the counter including me. I got home and one quart was completely melted and the other was literally freezer burnt and soft crunchy. We live 15 minutes away and the ac was on the whole time.

I don’t know if it is a race issue or customer service issue but they need a training session at this location ASAP! Several times I’ve been to this location and stood at the counter without any other customers in the store and was not greeted or acknowledged for several minutes. There was even a manager there tonight and she looked me dead in my eyes and didn’t ask if I needed help or instruct any of her employees to help me. There were at least 5 employees working. Not one asked if they could help or say I’ll be with you in a minute. I started doing a count of employees and then I was acknowledged or I would probably still be standing there. I’m going to start going to Dyer.

VERY RUDE!! If I could give a 0 I would. I went into the store 5 minutes ago and stood at the ice cream scooping counter. 3 employees walked past and said nothing to me. Very poor customer service. I will not return.

Definitely not worth the time or the money. This sad soupy representation of ice cream Definitely not worth over 6 dollars or the over 10 minutes of wait with almost no one in there. I think from now on I'd rather give sonic or one of the other local ice cream spots my business. This is pure trash.

Coldstone used to be my favorite icecream place but the customer service here is terrible. Last week I placed a pickup order at 8 pm and it said it would be ready around 8:19pm. So when I get there I let them know I’m there and it’s not ready yet so I waited patiently knowing sometimes it’s not always ready exactly when they say. 15 minutes go by and I let them know i’m still waiting to remind them. they said 5 more minutes. Time keeps going by and they didn’t finish my order til 8:55. They are very unorganized and do not work together as a team. ZERO sense of urgency. I asked if I could get a refund or some coupons due to waiting forever and it being a pickup order to AVOID waiting. They said they couldn’t do anything and to call the next day when a manager would be there. So I called and the manager did completely understand and was in shock and she said she could send me some coupons over on email and I never received them. Everything here is a mess.

I AM AFRICAN AMERICAN AND WAS TREATED EXCEPTIONALLY WELL AT THIS LOCATION TODAY.
THE PLACE WAS CLEAN THE MANAGER WHO NAME WAS CAROLYN TREATED ME WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT. SHE WAS INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE PRODUCT BEING THE FACT IT WAS MY FIRST TIME TRYING SCC. HONESTLY MY SECOND TIME, MY FIRST TIME WAS IN LINCOLN NEBRASKA BACK IN 2015 A CO WORKED LOVED CSC. SO SHE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND I LOVED THE FACT CSC HAS EXPANDED THEIR BRAND. THE CHOCOLATES (ALSO HAVE ALL KINDS OF BIG TAFFY APPLES, ICE CREAM CAKES, ICE CREAM TREATS) ARE DELICIOUS AND THE BUTTER FINGER ICE CREAM HAD PLENTY OF FLAVOR. A LITTLE PRICEY UNLIKE THE COMPETITION BR BUT STILL WAS TASTEFUL ALL THE SAME. LOTS OF FREE PARKING AND IT IS LOCATED IN A NEW AREA WITH A COUPLE RESTAURANTS/BARS AND A NEW HEALTH FACILITY THAT IS APART OF NORTH SHORE HOSPITALS.

I’ve noticed that the employees will greet Caucasian customers but not African American customers. I’ve witnessed this behavior twice!!!! This is why I’m here!!!! I walked in, there were 3 employees in the store, no customers. I stood there, no one would look up at me or acknowledge that I walked in.
Eventually I said HELLO the young man looked at me and said nothing, the others said nothing!!
After he looked around another employee walked from the back, he turned his back to me and whispered something to her then said…. Can I help you? I said NO and walked out!! This is ridiculous!!! I love the ice cream but I’m done!!! I’m appalled!!

3rd time in 2 weeks I've been here and the kids here don't even acknowledge a customer standing in front of them .This visit 12 minutes with no other customers inside and I was finally asked if I needed something. There needs to be a manager onsite babysitting these kids. It's ridiculous!

Everything was phenomenal everything was Super Fresh the ice cream was super creamy they turn the music down for my autistic daughter the service was great they were very friendly we will be back soon

Owner is a d1ck. He has no respect for anyone and thinks he’s high on the “list”. The service was and always is slow. The workers clearly don’t want to be there, and the ice cream is melted by the time they give you your ice cream. Overall I wouldn’t comeback. Save your money instead of giving it to this low life.
