Just delicious! not cheap so if you are (cheap), probably not for you.
Dined on Valentine’s Day, waited almost 2 hours for our meal. Took my wife and two kids waitress kept coming back and apologizing for the delay. We seen the tables around up flip twice. Manager did not even come up and acknowledge the situation. Steaks were ordered medium rare and served medium well. Poorly ran and food mediocre
Incredible food AND service Highly recommended ♥️
The food was good. My wife's steak was very tender and flavorful; the best we've had in quite a while. My ravioli was indifferent. A soupy sauce overpowered the pasta. The side salad was really good, with a bit of olive to make it a little different. The server was excellent. Attentive, but not too attentive. But the atmosphere? The atmosphere is unbelievably loud. It hits you like a wave the second you open the front door. Like you have to yell your order to your waitress loud. Like there's no way to have a conversation if you came for a pleasant night out as a couple loud. The surfaces are a glass partition, stone, and drywall with a high ceiling. There's absolutely nothing to soak up the noise. If your group wants to come and have a high energy night of yelling, I recommend it. For couples that would like some relaxing time together... definitely not.

Coppolillo’s hands down has the best espresso martinis in NWI! Our bartender Demetri served us quickly and made excellent drinks! He was also super friendly! Our food was phenomenal. Will definitely be returning back to take a seat at the bar for another one of those delicious martinis!

10/10 I celebrated my birthday dinner here and I was not disappointed.
It was EXCELLENT from start to finish!
My waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable on the menu.
He gave us excellent suggestions.
We had Bruschetta, stuffed mushrooms, a 10oz filet mignon and cacio e pepe e gambrei.
I would compare this restaurant to an upscale steak house in downtown Chicago, right in our neighborhood!
Enjoyed my dinner and will be returning in the future.

If I could give this establishment a 10/10 stars I would!!! Our waitress was bri and she was awesome and fun! The food was cooked to perfection and I loved the little green peppers for their steaks! their horseradish was amazing as well and to be honest the steaks didn’t need anything on them I just love horseradish!! The service was a tad slow however it was the Saturday night of Black Friday so understandably so it was packed! We did not make a reservation and they still managed to accommodate a family of four. My boyfriend got the New York strip which was the best beef that was ordered that night it was perfectly seasoned and mouth watering and our daughter had the filet medium and I had the zuppa demar medium rare which was phenomenal. The prices are higher but the portions are enormous to share for the entire table. If you get dessert I recommend the butter cake! I was stuffed from dinner but as soon as you eat the cake somehow you manage to eat again haha…nonetheless this place was amazing and I never write many reviews!!!

We had high expectations because Rosebud is so good but we were definitely disappointed. Our daughter’s filet was suppose to be cooked medium and it was cooked more like medium well and when we talked to the manager, he argued with us that it was not over cooked, even though we used my steak as an example because it was alittle closer to being cooked medium and her steak clearly did not look like mine. When the waiter saw it he agreed with us. The manager finally took it back and since he was convinced that was how they cook their steaks “medium” she asked for it to be medium rare(came out under but it was fine) however, they sliced the filet so it was basically cold by the time it hit the table. Filets were extremely over seasoned.
Lamb chops were delicious, highly recommend! Ravioli with lobster cream sauce was delish. Fettuccine was bland and unimpressed. Meatballs were super good. Would not recommend the asparagus it was bitter and I love asparagus. Vesuvio potatoes were awesome. Butter cake with salted caramel ice cream was recommended by the waiter and it was so salty none of us could eat it. We basically left the whole dessert on the table. Our waiter was PHENOMENAL but the manager needs a refresher on how to treat customers spending over $600 for dinner.
