I've been to one and it can't compare to the others didn't really care for the drive thru because the manager or owner that handled the drive thru I could hardly understand what he was saying through the outside screen he had a foreign accent not his fault and the food was bland tasting so it need's improvement

I made and online order didn’t even regard my special instructions of no tomato or onion on My sandwich and it wasn’t warm all the way through.. also ordered there mac and cheese the noodles are tuff and very watery with no flavor. Horrible customer service they don’t greet anyone and if you come off at anyway ignorant they talk over the headset in their foreign language and give dirty looks to you! DO NOT EAT HERE ITS A WASTE OF MONEY

No stars. Just gross.Drive thru person didn't understand English nor could she answer any questions or communicate. No credit cards. Had to be cash. Soup was in very tiny container - congealed- disgusting like pudding.Sandwich was supposed to be 15" hot pastrami with melted cheese cut into 4 pieces. What we got after waiting more than 25 minutes was 2 sandwiches. Both had thicker slices of lukewarm meat falling out of a very soggy roll with mayo and onions. Cheese was a log in the middle of the roll of meat. Just nasty!!!!!!! The sandwich was wrapped in several large paper wrappers which was soaked in grease. We honked the horn in the drive thru numerous times to try and cancel the $45 order and the window person never showed up. She finally appears. Really??????????? When we asked why it took so ling for our order she said she couldn't understand. Repeated the question several times to a blank stare. Chips were missing and at the end she just handed us another bag of chips. Epic failure of food and service

They weren’t actually open at 10:30am, I had to do a few passes before someone actually came to the window. By 10:45 someone begrudgingly appeared. I ordered the meatball parm and it was cold and tasteless. Not sure how they stay in business. The first sandwich of the day is cold?? Complete waste of money and

Below par in terms of sandwich places, saw the advert off the highway and idk why I thought it’d be better. Deli sandwhich meat to veggie ratio was terrible. Had whole craft cheese slices on it, didn’t even eat half the 7.5” I got. Workers nowadays have no pride in what they put out which is why I should have stuck to somewhere local because they actually like what they do.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was fresh. Shake was fantastic. It’s nice to have a place to go for a good sub!

This location in Crown Point is really bad. The lady, maybe she's a part owner, does not speak or understand English. We ordered ahead. I ordered a turkey sandwich. Arrived to pick it up, and was told they were out of turkey. I then asked for beef, and was told ok. I asked for a coke no ice 3 times. Received a coke with ice, probably due to the language issue.I left the drive thru and went home. I then opened my beef sandwich and took a bite. I immediately had to spit it out. The beef was rotten and smelled horrible. Fortunately I didn't get sick.At this point, I'm afraid to go back. Please beware what you order here.

Tues. July 18, 2023. My First time here. I purchased aTurkey Sub Kids Meal. The sandwich tasted very fresh. I knew I wanted something later so I went back and bought the regular 15 inch turkey sub. But for my taste I added extra turkey. On the expensive side but I want to try it. $3.98 extra for extra Turkey. But when I ate it at home later that evening, it was still very fresh and very good. I went through the drive thru for my order. I’ve got to give them five stars because I do not have any complaints other than it’s on the expensive side but it tasted very good.Kid-friendliness: The lady in the drive-through was very kind and very courteous. Only thing it was hard to hear her. She talked very softly. Other than that it was very nice.

Went to this location to try their hot sandwich options. I got the meatball and provolone sandwich. The meatballs were mush and I don’t think they were cooked all the way through. They did not feel warm. I took the other meatballs off the sandwich and just finished the bread. I’m not going to waste my time having them make another one again when it is going to be just the same. Good location, just a bad food option.

Ordered a pepperoni and Ham sub. Along with a large fry.In this market Fry's better be damn good because everyone makes fries now. These fries were just fried hot and with a touch of salt. No extra seasoning left me wanting more.

Food was great, and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Couldn’t be happier.

Overpriced, ordered ham and Swiss Xtra mayo. Recieved no mayo. Cheese is hard as a rock, almost no meat. Cheese is bad and should have been thrown out days ago.i asked for a refund and was told that wasn't possible. Don't waste your time or money, they will only serve you garbage.

The restroom was absolutely disgusting. Also the cutting board where they made the sandwiches looks like it wasn't cleaned at all today, and even the soda machine was dirty. My sub wasn't nothing special and I feel like it was a waste of money. This was my 1st time here, and I won't be back.
