Cutest restaurant ever!! They have all their Christmas decorations up, but the best part is the food!! It was 10/10!! Owners seem so incredibly nice too!! I can’t believe this place doesn’t have a line out the door!

10 minutes to get seated (not busy) 30 minutes to take our drink order.... also at this time found out half the menu (all polish food including all pierogi) and the only reason we drove 40 minutes out of the way was not available. Ordered, then waited another 15 minutes... still no drinks... walked up to the counter to find out our ticket had not even been put in yet. Drinks not even started. We walked out and went to McDonalds. Dont waste your time.

We went in around 5:15 on Saturday Night. We waited about 10 minutes to get seated, and acknowledged by the staff. We then got seated in the back of the restaurant at a mediocre clean table. We waited 30 minutes to get our drink order taken. We were going to order, but they were sold out of pierogi’s. We ordered our food and drinks, and waited 20 more minutes. We still didn’t get our drinks, so we went to the server and asked how long the wait for our food, and she hadn’t put in the order yet. So we waited about an hour to not even get drinks or get our order placed. I would not recommend going to this restaurant.

Went today for dinner. We shared the polish sampler. My wife and I barely got halfway through it!! Pierogies were absolutely amazing!! We had buffalo chicken, loaded baked potato and jalapeno cheddar. Stuffed cabbages were the best I've ever had. The back movie room was awesome as we had our 4 year old. Their prices can't be beat. We most definitely will be making this local restaurant gem our new go to!!!!!

Repeat customer for so many reasons! Food is always perfect, prices are affordable, and staff is top tier! We LOVE Jax's Crown Town Grill and will forever recommend to all of our family/friends. Best Family Restaurant in NWI- hands down!!!

I’ve never been here before today, but I picked up some frozen pierogi for dinner tonight. They were amazing! Sweet cheese is my favorite, but the jalapeño potato and cheddar was a close second. I will definitely be back for more!!

Love ordering burgers from here!!! Hats off to the ONLY manger there yesterday 10.23.24 he was by himself working bc all his staff decided not to show, but the food was the BEST we've ever had!!! Keep it up!!!
Updated on 7.31.25 always great environment, food is made fresh and pierogi's are hand rolled and hold great taste and flavor!!! Jerome is friendly, and Jax has a warm, welcoming and family friendly atmosphere inside. Mandie killed it with our food making our order fresh. Can't wait to order holiday pierogi's and togo orders when working events, down the street. Keep doing what u do!!! Luv that we can support a local family business, this is a staple for crown point

Great food.. unfortunately service was poor today. Came in for lunch with the family and were quickly seated in the back (movie area / which was great!) There were very few other customers dining in at that time, so the food did take a little longer than expected. The food was VERY good once we got it!
The service just was not very good, especially given the fact we were only one of a few tables there at the time. She didn't bring ketchup with the fries, didn't bring enough napkins for us (we only had 4), didn't bring dipping sauce for my daughter's chicken strips (my wife had to walk up to the front and ask for it after the server said she would bring it), and didn't refill waters during the meal like she said she was going to. Please take this as constructive criticism, as the overall experience was good.
Unfortunately for our first time here, the service left a bad taste in my mouth. We will likely come back and give it another shot sometime though, because the food was great!

We had the best experience here, the staff is so kind!! Also we ate the best pierogis we’ve ever had. I highly recommend the gizmo fries too. It was so fun getting to pick a movie while we ate and hung out. It was a really cool vibe, we’ll be back!!!
