So, we just left here about an hour ago. We were skeptical on going, due to so many bad reviews, but decided to give it a shot anyways.Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Greeted quickly with friendliness, and she let our kids pick out a movie for the back room, which was super cool. No complaints about the service at all. Food was hot and came to our table relatively quick. The only issue we had with our visit was that they were out of numerous things.. No diet pop, no unsweetened ice tea, no cucumbers for the salad, no leaf lettuce for the burger (although they did substitute shredded lettuce instead.) They are closed tomorrow for Easter, so maybe that's why they weren't fully stocked on stuff? Not a total deal breaker for us. The food was still good regardless. We'll be back again, and hopefully the next time they have diet pop back in stock!

It's a unique spot. Seems like a solid family run place, friendly folks don't their thing. I really like the concept of the movie room, I think they need to execute it better but that's something my son and I would really enjoy doing.

Disappointing diner, not worth the time and money. We were one of the few patrons in there on a Friday night and waited about 45 min to get some food, in very uncomfortable, broken booths. Sadly the food could not save our experience, it was mediocre at best. The pierogis were decent...

Balance is the defining characteristic and common province of all worthwhile things. An excellent automobile balances power, handling, safety, and style. An excellent athlete balances strength, speed, agility, and instinct. Excellence in the restaurant business, conversely, presupposes superb food, inviting ambiance, and impeccable service provided by an attentive and accommodating staff. Jax’s Crown Town Grill is truly an excellent restaurant. In addition to the aforementioned, Jax’s offers its dine-in patrons an elective movie-theater experience that’s at once novel and family-friendly. Don’t feel like a movie? No worries. Sit at the bar and enjoy a menu that features some of the best burgers and Polish fare in the Region. It’s an odd combination to be sure, but it works splendidly. Jax’s pricing is eminently reasonable. Adults can indulge in just about everything on the menu and still expect per-person prices of under twenty-dollars. My wife and I were dazzled by Jax’s delicious food, personable proprietor, engaging and thoughtful staff, and outstanding value for money. We’re looking forward to going back, and intend to do so regularly.

Went with kids to watch a movie, got seated right away, ordered kids food, movie started. The kids did get their food right away.We ordered food for us adults at start of the movie & it took the entire movie to get our food. Once we got it, It was cold, burnt & overall not good.My daughter did order the pierogies - which we all tried & did love.Table service was not good. Hardly got water/drink refills, asked for silverware & napkins - server advised she forgot after I got up to grab it myself. Was overall fun for the kids to eat & watch the movie but if we go back it would be movie and ice cream not actual food.

I go to alot of places but this one by far is the worse. Outside trash everywhere, workers look like they just came from hell, took forever for my food to arrive waited there for 2 hours when it did arrive I kid you not there was a bug in my food and they wouldnt even let me get a refund because they said it looked like I ate enough of it what does that even mean not even a discount this place is awful.

Jax tries to pay employees with a personal check and then it's wrong. She returns it as they said and then doesn't pay her at all. She is 18. Now when you call to talk to Jerome the manager he is never there. I will never give this place my business. They are awful. They even tried to pay her out of the cash register to shut her up, they just don't want to pay taxes and all. Steer clear from this place!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in our area! Great food, awesome pierogis (this comes from a Polish person)! I have to say my kids love the place so if you have nothing to do with your little ones take them out for a great dinner and a movie 2 in 1! Owners and staff is great! Can’t wait to get back there !
