Aryah, a manager, is the sweetest. Always greets you with a smile and a positive attitude. All the other employees have always been very polite and working alongside the employees. Food is hot and served fast.

I travel a lot for work and not always the same places. I ordered for delivery and what I ordered was exactly what I get. It was SO good. I love the Signature sauce too. Definitely would order from here again.

Just want to say first, I don’t personally blame the workers working for minimum wage. But these buns were over cooked and the mayonnaise was disgusting! It doesn’t even look like Mayo! We were missing pretzel bites, a fry bag, all the drinks were Root Beer (we ordered 3 Root beers out of 5 drinks), and half the burgers were wrong out of the 5 meals. We knew it would be wrong when we heard the microphone. The poor girl on the window had to work with ancient equipment from when the place first opened. We’re probably done ordering such BIG orders, since they reading the ticket in front of them seems to be too difficult.

I recently visited Culver’s and, unfortunately, had a less-than-pleasant experience due to the behavior of their GM. The food was great however, our enjoyment was overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional conduct of an employee named Danny. The GM was being plain out rude and was screaming at a young lady trying to have a conversation with one of the other employees. This completely ruined our night, please reconsider your management.
