food was good as like all culver’s but the service was horrible. was terrible on the drive through speaker and has to repeat myself over and over. took way to long to order then it should have. no smiles, friendliness, or apologies. also when we got our food we got one meal and not the other: we got one shake and not the other as well. Definitely not a preferred place to go. runner was very nice though.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwhich and requested it to be extra crispy. I felt like I was eating a chicken select but on a sandwhich. It was superb, they really outdid themselves. It wasn’t your regular frozen breaded chicken sandwhich. The employees were so nice too!

Ordered a lunch for three. We did not open the bag to keep the food warm. When we got to our destination we found the Chicken Garden Salad we not in the bag. I called this location and asked for a refund and they were not able to refund me. They offered to make the salad if I came back or a free salad at some future time. I consider this theft and have no interest in doing business with Culver’s, here or any where.

I love Culver’s but this location is AWFUL. It’s dirty every time we come. The floor is full of garbage, the ketchup is literally ALWAYS empty, the food takes forever. Today we waited 28 mins for food. I’m going to the Valpo location from now on.

Aryah, a manager, is the sweetest. Always greets you with a smile and a positive attitude. All the other employees have always been very polite and working alongside the employees. Food is hot and served fast.
