My family of seven visited this establishment today and witnessed your evening manager handling a loud obnoxious and rude older couple absolutely berating the girls. She was kind and professional and kept herself well-mannered and spoken the entire time.

Great ice cream but not a fan of the 3.5 percent surcharge to pay with a credit/debit card.
Really good ice cream and service. The only complaint is the portions were a bit smaller than what they portrayed online.

Favorite ice cream facility, but WHY are they closed at 7:10pm on Wednesday Dec. 20, 2023, and business hours say they close at 8p.m??NO BUENO!
