Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

It's a young lady by the name of Isabella they call her Izzy. She was working by herself I don't know for how long but we went there at 2:38 p.m. she did not leave us at the speaker alone and we did finally pull up she did greet us with so much kindness. Although she was by herself making food taking orders and taking money. Good job Izzy 🙂.

Stopped by last night to get some icecream for the family. As expected there was a long line out to the street with cars. Decided to wait it out in the drive thru line. When we got to the window we noticed our order was ready, but the problem was we ordered blizzards not milkshakes. So clearly our order was made right away but because there was a whole bunch of cars in front of us our icecream was just sitting there melting. Definitely not worth the 25+ minutes of sitting there. Very disappointing and waste of our time and money.

Love this place and the food. was slightly confused when i ordered onion rings and they were completely different than normal. they were tasty but dairy queen’s onion rings are uniquely crunchy and these tasted identical to a bag of frozen battered great value brand. if these are new i won’t be getting them again, if this was a mistake i was disappointed i did not know they were different, otherwise i would have ordered something else.

I ordered Dairy Queen at 5:30, got it around 6:50. I didn’t get my entire order either, I was missing my drink and the only thing they told me I could do was get a coupon for the next time I visit. Food was also cold and ice cream was liquid.

The only good thing about my meal was that the food was decent. The service was terrible though. People's meals sitting on the counter without notification that it was ready. Overall I did not enjoy my experience. Also, my cone w
as the tiniest cone I've ever gotten.

Got a burnt chilli dog at lunch, had to leave work because it made me so sick. So now I'm out the 13 for my meal and a day's work.

Everything always tastes great, as long as they make what you actually order. I've had a couple orders be wrong and they were not overly happy when I asked them to remake it.

Went through the drive through and got some ice cream. The drive through people at this place are exceptional at their jobs, doesn't matter what time of day, they are very good in the service they perform.

They get it. They know good customer service and how to do it.

Ordered 4 combos. $43 dollars worth of food. Forgot an entire combo meal. The staff was all taste testing the drinks, then handed us over 3 sprites, which is was they were clearly tasting;that didn’t have any syrup in it. Drove home in the snow and crappy roads to find out that 3 of the drinks were trash and we were missing an entire combo meal. Check your orders.

My husband picked up food for us tonight, when he got home all of our food was cold. Not just Lukewarm but ice cold. The last couple of times when we have ordered food from here it’s been lukewarm and we just eat it but this was ridiculous. Ice cold. He had to drive back for them to remake it and you could tell it still wasn’t fresh. They didn’t even offer anything for the inconvenience.

Mobile ordered a 4 piece tender basket and a large order of fries . About 5/10 minutes after placing the order, I arrived and the basket was ready but cold. I had to wait for the order of fries and they still didn’t seem that hot, but were all super hard/crispy. When I got home and opened the basket, there was basically 5 fries on the bottom of the tenders, and the tenders had soooooooo many dry spots. If I wanted them like that (& $10 isn’t cheap for tenders and fries), I wouldn’t have ordered them coated in the sauce.. staff was nice though. Wish I took more pics
