I ordered off of Uber eats and my Alfredo pasta was so thin I could see the bottom of the plate and I paid $10 for it just to look like It's the portion size for a baby and the loaded chicken that I got for my mother The sauce was so little they barely put anything on top of it very crappy Portions I feel like I got scammed and UBER wouldn't give me AT LEAST some of my money back for the crap they gave me š” I think I'll call corporate

I called to place my order today Sunday Nov 30th at 3 oāclock for 20 pizzas ($18.99 2 medium pizza deal) for a 6pm delivery at Bulldog Park in crown point at 6:05 we called to be told delivery driver was on his way, 6:25 still no pizza. Called back spoke to a young man who identified himself as manager on duty. He said driver was about 5 minutes away, Bulldog Park and Dominoās are only 3 miles apart, manager says that itās a 25 minute drive, BS!! Then when driver finally showed up he only had half of the order. Said he was sorry would be back with rest of the order in 15/20 minutes that was almost 2 hours ago now!!! Tried calling to have no one answer phone!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!

The staff yelled at customers, slowly prepared pizzas and made the experience of waiting unbearable. I wouldāve traded for waiting for a root canal at a dentist office.

Placed my delivery order at 5:18 pm and food did not arrive until 6:43 pm. I called twice to see where my order was, they said out for delivery. No apology from delivery guy even though I pre-tipped him for the order. Food was sub-par. I will look elsewhere next time.

Food delivery took an hour, I get there are other orders before me and they stack them up, by my house is 0.6 miles from establishment and I canāt leave for pick up due to having my toddler at home, so youād think being on the way, Iād be first but I was last. Called the store, and the employee was rudeā¦fast forward 40 mins after my wife got home, I go to the store since no pizza yet, and the manager gives me a fake name and admits to being rude all because I hung up the phone with frustration, and continues to not offer solutions. I cancelled my order and he told me he canāt provide me a receipt when I asked, and it would take 1-2 business days for a refund receipt, Iāve never heard of that happening. Upon arriving back home, delivery driver was at the door and I asked to see the pizza and it was all soggy, but manager āScottā (real name Tim) assured me it would be warm and edible due to the warming pouch, which is basically a steam room for the pizza. Completely unprofessional as an establishment. Iāll admit I used profanity, but as a verb, not a noun, mainly because of his extremely poor service over the phone and in person at the store! Stay away from this place because your pizza will be a 1 out of 5 stars guaranteed

Every single time I order any pizza with hot sauce on it, even specialty pizzas that are supposed to come with hot sauce by default, this location just straight up refuses to add it.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after 10+ pizzas, both delivered & picked up, at various times of day, over the course of a couple years I refuse to believe that they are not just messing with customers at this point.
A joke of a location that can not even handle the most basic tasks given to them. Disgusting.
