I probably go to dunkin almost everyday. Hammond, dyer, Griffith, Gary. The staff at this location are some of the rudest people ever. One time the young dude with the curly hair shoved my coffee at me
. Just despicable. Get rid of this group if they are not happy to work there.

This location is cheaper than the one in Cedar Lake in the BP gas station. I ordered my usual large Green tea matcha with almond milk and LESS ICE. I got the standard/normal amount of ice. Reason being for less ice, I don't want taste my beverage to be watered down.

This Dunkin’s workers are typically rude but God’ly!! Today, the Manager Meena was extremely rude when she got my drink wrong (I only order a refresher and she gave me the wrong flavor, no biggie). I asked the staff for the right drink and I was wrong I guess. She and a male worker got upset and started fussing at me, demanded my receipt back when I asked for a refund and they got even more mad at me. Safe to say, I’m not going back here.

I usually have fabulous service here at this particular Dunkin' Donuts in Crown Point but this afternoon on September 18th, 2024, it wasn't that great. I placed an online order for the $6 meal deal. Went inside to use the bathroom and even though I picked drive-thru for the pickup, I figured I would grab the meal while I was inside after I used the bathroom. However, while in there, I received no customer service after standing there for about 2 minutes. The young male employees, as far as I could tell, were oblivious to the fact that I was standing there because no one was checking the counter to see if a customer was around. The Indian manager at one point saw that I was standing there not being helped but he did not help me either so I walked out, got into my car and went through the drive-thru instead for my order. Got my order, drove away somewhere to eat it only to realize they gave me a bagel instead of a croissant and I did not want a bagel. So, I had to inconveniently go back to get my sandwich remade. This time they gave me a croissant but the bacon was very soft, soggy and what I consider to be undercooked. It's always nice if your bacon is at least a little browned and crispy but this was definitely not. I took it off and just threw it away. So, I'm not happy with the service or the food today. Pretty disappointed because up until now this was my favorite Dunkin' Donuts. Hoping this type of service doesn't continue. I may try again.
On the bright side, I will add that my hash browns are sufficiently cooked. For that I'm thankful.

Not safe. A man drove up to my passenger side in a beat up red truck and started yelling slurs at me and spit on my window for getting into the correct lane for drive through. Will not go to this particular DD again!!

Order a vanilla bean frozen coffee. They put Carmel in it.... Went in had them remake it and they put Carmel in it again and tried to tell me it's always been made with Carmel which I know for a fact it has never been made that way unless requested. Called to speak to manager and was told their wasn't one I'd have to call back tomorrow and I explained what they did wrong was interrupted by the lady with an attitude as she replied "yeah well how can I help you" and repeated herself. Screw that place I will never go back to that one. Y'all made a mistake purposely both times. I don't like Carmel if I did I would have ordered it!!

Workers argue with you when they short your order even with receipt at the window. I'm done. Three times in a row. Going to Wendy's omw to work now on.
Placed an online order and was rushed through the line even though I was the only car there. They forgot a portion of my food and the service was awful with cold food and a coffee not made right.

Really bad customer service. There's so much more to say but there's no point.
Absolutely hurt by the behavior of this staff. I am an avid DD girl and always ensure that my budget allows for a DD treat every morning. I also treat others with respect because I used to work in the food industry as well and I know how stressful it can be.This time, I took a different route because of the construction. My go to DD is the one on (10970) Broadway. (VERY PLEASANT STAFF.)When I pulled into the DD this morning, there were two other cars in all of the drive through. So, they were not as busy. (Now I see why.)I asked for a medium Iced Latte and a sausage egg and cheese wake-up wrap. I also let them know ahead of time to please provide me with a "sipping lid" rather then the straw lid.Well when I pull up to the window, I paid and asked him for the sipping lid again since they gave me the straw lid. He goes to the back and gets me the straw lid. I said no, I need the sipping lid please. And so he turns around and throws the lid and marches with much frustration. I was shocked. He then comes back and is talking in his native language upset and hands me the sipping lid. I am also bilingual so I can understand when someone is upset and when they are not. (Even if you don't speak the language, you can tell.) This man was talking in his native voice over me and not listening to me at all. I tried to talk to him in English and he continued to speak in his language. My last negative incident here I brushed off assuming he was in a bad mood but it seems as though this older man should not be at the window. A few months ago I stopped in to this same DD and when I went to pay with my Apply Pay, he said "ughh you're paying with apply pay? Just give me phone" and tapped my phone rather then bringing the machine to the window. Note: I would've been okay with him taking my phone and tapping it without the attitude.Lastly, I arrive to work and my drink is fine, but my wake up wrap looks like this. This incident was definitely my last straw for this establishment. They won't be seeing me again.Update: My husband called in and he said that when my husband asked to speak with the manager that although the manager was very apologetic, the women who answered said, "Some guy wants a manager." So apparently the older man is not the only upset employee with a bad attitude.

My wife and I frequent this location as this is the closest Dunkin Donuts to us. This location, in my experience, has an issue half the time I place an order. some issues I've had is the coffee is burnt/stale, added items (oat milk) is only a splash even though I'm paying additional, or better yet leaving in milk when I'm subbing oat milk (lactose intolerant). I'm permanently switching to the Dunkin donuts on Broadway as I have never had issues at that location especially since I'm spending over $10 on just coffee.

The coffee at this particular location is significantly better than the majority of the Dunkin I’ve been to in make and litter county. The iced macchiato i always get is so strong that it keeps me going for the ENTIRE day, which says quite a lot. Customer service is also top notch, hats especially off to the guy with the tattoos. You’re the man, boss!~the lottery guy

Don't do the drive-thru people, you need to go inside to see how a place is actually run and how clean it is. Dunkin donuts in Crown Point on main Street is okay, they can use with a cleaning for sure, however, their employees do not wear gloves and they are touching food, and then they are carrying your coffee cup with their fingers inside the cup instead of carrying the cup with their hand gripped around the outside! I witnessed several employees are carrying them from the top with their dirty hands inside your coffee cup! That is disgusting and I am positive it is against health regulations! I asked for a new coffee and they told me that was not my cup that they were carrying that way, and I asked them if they were going to serve other people with them, they just kept telling me it wasn't my cup and went on filling them and serving people through the drive-thru. Told them they needed to make me a new cup of coffee, which they did, but boy were they pissed at me and they showed it! Sorry you are spending money on an extra cup and a lid but I am not drinking coffee from a cup that somebody put their dirty fingers inside. That's disgusting, and the fact that they don't think it is has prompted me to put a call into the health department! Don't go here people, they do not care about spreading God knows what to you!
