Just bought a coffee with 2 orders of hashbrowns. Found hair in my hashbrowns. The employees there NEED TO WEAR HAIR NETS. The Lake County Health Department needs to go in this Dunkin and make an inspection. I will not get my coffee and donuts here until they fix this problem. Unacceptable to find hair in the food, not to mention gross. FIX THIS PROBLEM, PLEASE.

I can tell that this location is clean and they are fast in the morning rush, however I noticed they have a young American boy taking the orders- I’m assuming so us other Americans can understand better without Hindi accent so that there is no confusion on what’s being ordered which I understand & is a smart protocol. But this guy is so arrogant and rude and doesn’t say thank you and says things like “what” or “I can’t hear you” instead of politely saying can you repeat that just once more. Things like that can set the frustration level down so both parties can have a better morning with ease.

If I could give a negative star, I would. Not only were the doughnuts (all 5 whole choices) totally stale so was the personality of the employee. He could barely be bothered but was very bothered by me interrupting his personal time. This is the 2nd time (different person) and the doughnuts were stale then too. Only came to get a friend a drink and thought I’d add on the doughnuts. Never coming to this one again!
