Got order wrong and wouldn’t refund

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They obviously have poor management. They told us when we came in, it would be 10 to 15 minutes' wait time. Instead we waited over 26 minutes and ended up having to walk out. Couldn't have the hungry kids wait any longer since they decided to seat even multiple groups of 4or5 that came in after us. While we were waiting we even had some waitress nearly get some kind of salad dressing all over us. Not even an apology for nearly splattering us. Then we had to warn people of the mess to watch their step since it obviously took two girls to go to the back and comeback with just napkins to wipe up the message rather than at least a rag or a mop. In the future I guess we'll just have to go to Aurelios instead.
Kid-friendliness: Seemed like we got avoided since we had kiss with us.

Gelsosomo’s is sooo good their GLUTEN FREE PIZZA crust tastes just like their regular pizza crust. The wings an equally as good also.
