A little different review as I am about to place my first order here - online. The first thing I checked was to see if they apply a service fee for using a credit card - they don’t!!!
It’s a personal peeve of mine, and hope you too start pushing back, that the retail community is trying to pass on this one specific cost of doing business. Build it into your price - just as you do for energy, ingredients, labor, etc
But, when I find someone who does not grab at this charge, I’m going to applaud them. Know that Aurelio’s and Rosati’s (they charged 4%) add this ridiculous charge to their bill.
So, going forward, I’m supporting Gelsosomo’s Pizza and I hope they start pointing out that they, unlike Aurelio’s and Rosati’s in Crown Point, don’t have this fictitious charge on your check.
I hope you’ll support them too!

Great pizza. Ordered a large pizza, pepperoni and sausage. Also ordered a gluten free pizza for my daughter. She ate it all as well.

Food is very up.and down. Not a steady good food place.
We came in on a Wednesday night 10/29 at 730pm. The restaurant was not busy. Was seated in 10 mins. Was never waited on. The one other couple looked over as we left after a half hour of not one single employee approaching our table. We watched as employees helped themselves to the buffet and cleaned the restaurant. Really disappointed since we enjoy the pizza. Disappointed that we were treated that way.

We went to dinner on a Saturday night, arriving at 5pm. There were six of us (two being children). We arrived prior to two large parties and had our orders in pretty quickly. We lost the attention of our server who had tables, plus the parties to attend too. Our food took over an hour to come out. When the food did come out, it was cold and two dishes were incorrect. We didn’t send it back because it would have taken even longer to get our food out. The wait could have been balanced out with an attentive server and a few updates, but being ignored left a bad taste in
