Sara B - Very friendly, very attentive, and everything you would want in a server/bartender.Katie R - Fun, fast and accurate, and just a great bartender.These two, no matter what they are paid, it is not enough. I feel that this location would be forced to close based on all that they do. In my opinion, they are irreplaceable.

The food was excellent when I was there last week. We sat in the bar I had a pineapple upside down martini that was amazing and dangerous. I could have ordered 4 more! The pizza was hot and delicious and the antipasta salad was wonderful along with the delicious bread. The service was prompt and friendly from the bartender, Sarah. It was busy as usual but her and the other server were on top of it all!

I would definitely give a ZERO STAR for the experience I had there for my first time dining in!! My friend had her birthday party there Saturday, yes it was packed and busy but for the bartender to be rude and unprofessional was uncalled for !!!!our party got cut off for drinking because one person threw up!!! Ok how do you know why she/ he threw ,maybe it was something she/ he ate !!! Don't assume right away it was because of alcohol!!!!then for the bartender to say her license will be taken away !! Please get your facts straight!! I think she was overwhelmed because the bar was packed and us coming to get drinks from the party !which by the way we didn't have a waitress to attend us period !!!then management no understanding and then to tell us they were short handed , well that's not our problem that's their and they should help our to make customers happy!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!! AND I WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NEITHER!!

I'm responding to the reviews about an incident on Saturday, April 6th. I personally decided to take the time to reach out to Peter Anderson about the things that happened that evening. He took the time to speak to me about the situation. He was so nice, professional, and honest. This was so refreshing because I've had situations where managers have just argued and will not take any responsibility for mistakes made. I've loved their pizza and food forever. The fact is, despite what happened people still had a good time. ? People make mistakes. I appreciate the time he took to speak with me and my sister (who's birthday we were celebrating). He did rectify the situation. It made my sister's day. He honestly made my day as well and reinforced my love for Gelsosomos!! ?

I went here for the first time with friends and the parm cheese I put on my pizza was rancid. I didn't know why the pizza smelled off until my friend mentioned it. He told the owner and the owner seemed to not care and I left hoping I wasn't paying to be sick. The pizza was great though, just check the cheese
