I got a caramel mocha latte and spinach feta wrap. The wrap just had the spinach feta dip you get from the store inside. Nothing more. It might be fine as a dip but was very off putting as a breakfast wrap filling. I cannot say what exactly was the taste of the latte but there was nothing good about it. It didn’t taste like anything I can describe. I forced down about an inch of it then tried mixing it with some leftover coffee and home but it didn’t change the flavor and I had to pour it all out.I like that they have a drive through and the girl at the window was nice but I will not be going again. Perhaps just a drip coffee would be palatable there.

The absolute worst service I’ve EVER experienced.I’m all about workers rights and protecting workers from abusive customers, but your employees also shouldn’t be cussing people out because the drive thru microphone has issues. I honestly didn’t feel safe drinking the coffee after being screamed at along with everyone else there.I tried to address my concerns by phone and by email, but no one ever responds to those.

I requested a printed receipt from a cashier, who could not figure out the machine, went on to say that the store was not able to provide the proper receipt, suggested that I write it down myself on a piece of paper. I started to question the thinking behind the statement when a manager intervened, provided the receipt, when I questioned why she could accommodate my request and not the cashier she said " I gave you what you wanted, what more do you want!" Wow

My experience happened on July 27th with Angie W (receipt says) was suppose to get a 10% discount, when I paid the discount was not applied, cashier insisted it was on my account, dah? Manager intervened, fixed the cashier's mistake, I asked her about why I was told different about my discount, her answer "I gave you what you wanted, what more do you want?" There was also a receipt issue too posted earlier this topic, isolated instance... I hope otherwise a great place in Crown Point

Girls that are on morning shift are sweethearts! Absolute friendly, smiley and awesome crew!! Hot chocolate is the best I’ve I’ve had in my life and the wrap tastes like homemade! If I had a chance to give them 100 stars I’d do so! Very highly recommended!!! Owner should give them raise cause it’s very hard to find unique staff like this!I do not know their names but they are the team that was here on Monday 6, 2023 between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM

Love the strawberry blueberry boba and also the dragon fruit made with lemonade instead of tea is so good my son loves how the boba just bust on your tongue will be back again this is my second time here

Really awful. Coffee was tasted super old and bitter. Their tapioca tastes like black licorice and is just sitting in a clump of sugar syrup at the bottom of the drink. We ordered in the drive thru and when we pulled around they couldn’t repeat the order correctly and forgot to give us the breakfast sandwich we ordered. You can get much better coffee elsewhere in CP.

This is so close to me to frequently get coffee, but very frustrated with getting the wrong order. This has happened three times that I have received a chiller when ordered a hot latte. The wait is so long to receive order that I just leave. I don't like the chillers here at all or else it wouldn't be a big deal (overly sweet-- less coffee taste & the caramel doesn't taste like caramel).
