Lost a regular customer Ordered sandwich online. Got there about 8 minutes after and it was a little busy so they said it’d be a few. I said no problem. Waited and waited as people walked in. When people that walked in after were getting there sandwiches made and mine was not being made yet I finally got up and said I was leaving cuz I had to be somewhere. You think they would’ve credited my food but of course not. I can be fine with Jimmy John’s :)

Placed an online order through the app this morning, 7/12/2024, and it didn't have the extra meat or jalapeños in my sandwich as requested. I feel like I was cheated out of my money and that the young staff there is untrustworthy. I recommend going in and placing your order while watching it being made to your specification. The current generation don't care too much about anything, and it shows when you go to various retail or restaurant establishments where they're employed. Put smart shopping over convenience to ensure you get what you want when you spend your hard earned ?. The kicker is that many places like this welcome the consumer to tip ?♂️. Why bother!
