VISTED 03/15/25 TIME 3:00PM HOUR IT WAS A SATURDAY NOT BUSY AT ALL. THE PLACE ITSELF WAS FAIRLY CLEAN BECAUSE IT LITERALLY HAD NO CUSTOMERS. THE CASHIER WAS NICE AND THE SERVICE WAS QUICKER. THE FOOD AREA ITSELF COULDA BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER THOUGH. ORDERED THE TURKEY TOM IT MY GO TWO HAVE NOT REALLY TRIED ANY OF THEIR OTHER SANDWICHES. TURKEY TOM HAS NEVER DISAPPOINTED. IT IS ALWAYS DELICIOUS DIGGING THOSE RED HOTTER HOT PEPPERS. š¶ļø THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THEIR SANDWICHES LIKE OTHER SUB SANDWICH SHOP ARE NOT KNOWN FOR A LOT OF MEAT UNLESS U PAY FOR EXTRA MEAT. THEN THERE IS THE MEAT ITSELF MEANING THE TURKEY. THE TURKEY ALTHOUGH GOOD DOESNāT LOOK LIKE TURKEY BUT A TURKEY SUBSTITUTE. OTHER THAN THAT I HAD A PRETTY DECENT EXPERIENCE AT JJ TODAY AND THE SANDWICH DIDNāT DISAPPOINT.

How this place stays open I'll never know. The entire staff was useless. No thank yous, literally personality's akin to carpet, and not helpful in any way. I purchased 6 sandwiches and was just handed the food. I said can you put this in bag, she looked at me...rolled her eyes and said the bags are up front? I have to bag my own crap? After spending 70 bucks on 6 sandwiches that looked and tasted like a 5yo made them? Order was wrong, poorly put together and I didn't get the 4 pickles I paid for. You probably have to get those yourself too. I was so disgusted by everyone's attitude in that store I didn't even care about the pickles. Literal garbage. With so many other sandwich shops near by, I suggest going to ANY of them before you waste a nickel at Jimmy Johns

If I could give zero stars for delivery I would...waited over an hour for 2 subs and some chips to be delivered 2 miles away...the delivery driver drove up at the 1 hour 5 min mark and forgot the drinks...instead of giving us the food and explaining hed be back with the drinks, he went all the way back WITH the food for the drinks. Finally got our food at 1 hour 15ish mins. Will never order from them again.

I looove Jimmy Johnās, and Iām a frequent visitor at another NW Indiana location. I was astounded at the rudeness of the sandwich maker. She did not make the sandwich correct had to remake the sandwich. She gave me a dirty look and proceeded to tell her co-worker about me being rude. I have never been treated like that at a JJās. I will continue using my home location, but I will not visit this JJās location again.

Placed an order at 12:45pm. At 2:05pm, I called the store to cancel my order. Delivery from this location is atrocious. You are better off placing an order for in store pickup than expecting prompt delivery. If you read the remainder of the reviews, it seems that timely delivery is a common theme for this store location.

I placed my order at 1140am and Literally didn't get it until 1253pm. So much for freaky fast!!!!! Never again. No napkins not cut. At least the sandwich was ok, but my lunch time was just about over. SMH!!!!

I'm giving them 5 stars because someone ate my lunch at work and when I called to see what happened with my order the staff was very friendly and compassionate with resolving my issue and they re delivered my order with no problem ?
Have had issues in the past and never left reviews, itās not my thing. Gave them a shot again, and no bread on a Saturday at 12:50pm. That is just complete incompetence. Iām done with this crown point location

Ordered over $140 worth of food 2 weeks in a row to feed a team at a local tournament. 2 weeks in a row now my orders were late, which means the team had to eat minutes before going out to compete. This may not seem like a big deal, but when a kid has worked their entire life to perform the lot best in the off season every little thing mattersā¦including food digestion and nutrition. Terrible delivery times! Definitely not āfreaky fastā ??āāļøUpdate: GM is going to see what they can do for some sort of reimbursement since the kids have already eaten at the concession stand.
