The cashier was phenomenal I came and picked up my food on 5/14/2025 at 1:41 p.m.. let me just say I always come and pick up Jimmy John's this young man made sure it was made fast since it wasn't ready when I got there and he even went and filled my drinks when that has never happened that young man working the register at that time he had a hat brown hair he deserves a raise Great service 10 out of 10

14 employees milling about talking about swatting and ghosting and totally ignoring customers. I had to go on a scavenger hunt because none of them would give me a bag or napkins for my sandwiches. 1st time there and last time there. Where was management that these kids can just mess around like this and customers have to wait in a long line for their food? Only one young lady with a long braid baking bread was on task.

Got a delivery order, yet when the driver got to my home they threw the bag at the door and walked off. Now I’m not one to always complain about it. But lI was in the middle opening the door when they did that and then walked off. My sandwich had tomato and the cap meat on it. I didn’t want that and I looked back at my receipt and it said no on both of those. Over all my sandwich dry and had three peppers. I’m a frequent flyer because it’s an easy way to get food but why give a business money when stuff like that happens!

I made a call in order for my patient and I heard the doorbell ring. I Immediately went to the door only to find food on the ground. The driver that sped off would you like your food on the ground. No worries we wouldn't order from you guys again. I would give zero star only reason you've one star is because that's the only way to make this post.
Customer service is terrible. Workers can't do math even with a machine that does it for them.

VISTED 03/15/25 TIME 3:00PM HOUR IT WAS A SATURDAY NOT BUSY AT ALL. THE PLACE ITSELF WAS FAIRLY CLEAN BECAUSE IT LITERALLY HAD NO CUSTOMERS. THE CASHIER WAS NICE AND THE SERVICE WAS QUICKER. THE FOOD AREA ITSELF COULDA BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER THOUGH. ORDERED THE TURKEY TOM IT MY GO TWO HAVE NOT REALLY TRIED ANY OF THEIR OTHER SANDWICHES. TURKEY TOM HAS NEVER DISAPPOINTED. IT IS ALWAYS DELICIOUS DIGGING THOSE RED HOTTER HOT PEPPERS. 🌶️ THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THEIR SANDWICHES LIKE OTHER SUB SANDWICH SHOP ARE NOT KNOWN FOR A LOT OF MEAT UNLESS U PAY FOR EXTRA MEAT. THEN THERE IS THE MEAT ITSELF MEANING THE TURKEY. THE TURKEY ALTHOUGH GOOD DOESN’T LOOK LIKE TURKEY BUT A TURKEY SUBSTITUTE. OTHER THAN THAT I HAD A PRETTY DECENT EXPERIENCE AT JJ TODAY AND THE SANDWICH DIDN’T DISAPPOINT.

How this place stays open I'll never know. The entire staff was useless. No thank yous, literally personality's akin to carpet, and not helpful in any way. I purchased 6 sandwiches and was just handed the food. I said can you put this in bag, she looked at me...rolled her eyes and said the bags are up front? I have to bag my own crap? After spending 70 bucks on 6 sandwiches that looked and tasted like a 5yo made them? Order was wrong, poorly put together and I didn't get the 4 pickles I paid for. You probably have to get those yourself too. I was so disgusted by everyone's attitude in that store I didn't even care about the pickles. Literal garbage. With so many other sandwich shops near by, I suggest going to ANY of them before you waste a nickel at Jimmy Johns
