I typically don't get a bad sandwich at a Jimmy Johns. This restaurant was closed for a while, and has been back open for a year or so. The main reason I like Jimmy Johns is for the bread, it's the closest to baguettes street vendors use in Paris to make sandwiches. We got a couple of sandwiches here a few days ago and the bread was horribly stale, I dint know if they overordered or don't have the business to keep fresh rotated in, but worst sammich I've ever had at a JJ.

Okay so I order a number #10 hunters Club the food was delicious it was the manager in the back for me ??♂️ it's this short haspanic lady she was talking about other employees (in a bad way!) while making my sandwich it was so unprofessional but great food overall?? looked like everyone was ready to leave !

This Jimmy John's on Main Street in Crown Point has fantastic customer service and the sandwiches are always delicious and well made. There are other Jimmy John's in Lake county, but this location is number one!

3 star for service because I entered in my phone for rewards and they didn't add it on there. they have to select my name to have it count and they didn't. I'm seeing a trend across Northwest Indiana and Chicago owned Jimmy Johns because this has happened more than 5 times in the past 6-8 months maybe even more.
