I visited this KFC yesterday and literally waited in the drive through 20+ minutes to receive my food. They finally gave me my food, and when I asked the cashier for more hot sauce, he handed me four packets and stated “That’s all I can give you or else I’ll have to charge you more”. In all my years of going to KFC, no one has ever stated that they would have to charge me more for hot sauce. And then you have the nerve to say this after I’ve spent $15+ on 3 pieces of chicken and 2 tiny sides, and made me wait 20+ minutes to receive it. I will not be returning to this KFC anymore. The service sucks!!!

I waited about 8–15 minutes for my chicken, and when I got my order, they didn’t even include the biscuit I paid for. The wedges were dry, stale, and honestly just complete trash. Make sure to check your bag and sides before you leave — this place clearly doesn’t. Very disappointing experience.

Would NOT recommend this place at all! Waited 15 mins after walking in the door to even be waited on then when I placed my order a girl had to walk behind to pull out a tray to see if they had enough then finished my order sat and waited another 12 mins and then some guy tells us it will be another 15 mins for chicken because they didn’t have any now at this point I get shitty and he says we are really busy I said well then maybe you need to tell your boss that you guys need more help on the weekends and if the rest of my food is going to be cold I’ll be pissed! I asked how that even is when she counted before placing my order and was given no explanation! During this time two people had orders sitting and getting cold while waiting and one couple walked out after they waited 15 mins to order as well to be told there’s a 15 mins wait on chicken and the guy left them at the counter and never came back so they walked out! This is TOTALLY ridiculous and management needs to start doing something!

Ordered something so simple wedges and apple pie poppers. Wedges old hard apple pie poppers we ice cold almost not even cooked. Service not existent i expected at least at food won't be returning to this one

Well, when I see 5 stars reviews, makes me wonder if those reviewers got pay. This is the most disappointing experience. Chicken was too small and extremely salty, biscuits were hard as a rock, coleslaw tasted old ! Only positive was the young gentleman on the drive thru, was very pleasant and professional . STOP BUYING KFC, AIN'T WORTH IT ! Save your money .

Worst kfc location in Crown Point. Every order theres always missing on our orders and the waiting time of the order is ridiculously unbelievable 1 bucket of chicken will only take 45-50mins so your other orders are already cold.
Just picked up my order! $41.38! Fries are hard and cold!! Look at the mashed potatoes!! Photo to follow, my chicken was supposed to be extra crispy, it’s soggy and loaded with salt! This is absolutely ridiculous! Never again!!

The kids that work here need to be retrained or replaced because they have absolutely no idea how to count the number of chicken pieces they put in the seven piece chicken bucket with mashed potatoes and 4 biscuits. Because we only got 6! And they were spending more time socializing in the back rather than helping customers. Very unprofessional! I do not recommend eating here. Shame on you KFC for not correcting this issue! Absolutely disgusted
