I've never had chicken from here with no flavor. We couldn't taste any of those seasonings that's supposed to be on that original recipe. Broke my heart because we only eat here a couple times a year. Even the coleslaw was dry instead of that creamy goodness. I didn't taste the mac-n-cheese, but my husband said it was "eeeggghh" - his words not mine, and what made it even worse, the dog wouldn't eat it. The fries were the bomb on the positive side!!! The fries tasted like the chicken used too.
The food was delicious ? and the service was nice and quick. We were able to eat comfortably. Thank you.

The chicken sandwich I purchased was hard as a rock. The chicken was dried out and overcooked. The French fries were dried out too. I wondered if the food had been recycled. I expected a moist, tender sandwich but I had to throw the sandwich away. $12.00! What a let down and rip-off. In good conscience I can't recommend that KFC restaurant in Chicago Ridge Mall food court anyone.

I'm not one to generally complain. However, I just picked up dinner from the drive thru this evening and was incredibly disappointed. I can brush off a mistake or two, but I just spent over $30 on a meal that was all wrong. Not only did they forget to give me the two chicken Littles I ordered, the Mac n cheese was so burnt it was inedible. The coleslaw was so frozen it was inedible. They gave me the wrong chicken I asked for and when I asked questions while ordering they gave the wrong information. I don't even care that they didn't give us straws, but everything else was awful. Normally it's not too bad when I go there, I'm not sure what happened tonight, but out of everything ordered we were able to eat maybe 2 or 3 things out of a whole meal. Again, I would normally brush it off, especially with it being fast food, but for the price spent I expect to at least have some kind of meal. Seriously so disappointed and probably won't be back anytime soon.

Never thought I would care enough about the quality of KFC food but this is just crazy. Ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal and they cut up one tender into four little pieces and threw it in a box. Also didn't give us half our order. Like are you kidding me right now? Crazy.
They closed the lobby before 8pm. But one door was open so I went in. There was 4 or more workers so closing lobby is odd. I was waiting on fries even tho they clicked ready on my app order. But they weren’t done. And they gave me the wrong chicken. It was supposed to be mostly legs and thighs and they gave me one of each- Not what I ordered. The young boy working was rude and has a lot of growing up to do. We won’t be back- but I think they don’t care.

I stopped and picked up a bucket of chicken on my home tonight , it was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like they hadn't changed the fryer oil all day , the chicken was so greasy that it left a layer of brown sludge at the bottom of the bucket. The mashed potatoes had the gravy poured on them already and had sat around so long that the gravy had soaked into the potatoes making them brown and they were absolutely inedible. I realize they fast food isn't always great, but this was exceptionally poor. I worked at a KFC when I was a kid and we had quality control in place to prevent experiences like I had tonight. what a disappointment.

My Mom was in a rehab center not to far from this KFC. Each and everytime I came through the drive through, Danielle was at the window. She was so polite EACH AND EVERYTIME!! I love the chicken nuggets, and my Mom gets a meal. She never complains, which is a rarity, which means she likes it. The chicken actually tastes like the orignal KFC. I thought they changed the recipe, but I guess it must just be in certain areas. Anyway, if you're looking for the old original taste, and good customer service, at least in the driveway, go pay Danielle a visit. Be sure to let her know her service is appreciated, because she VERY consistent! Got that A1 customer service, and it's genuine.?
