Awful establishment, online order didn’t work and when I had to call to order, they took 15 minutes to even answer the phone. I’d rather blow my brains out then ever eat here again.

Ordered an end of season pizza party of 15+ pizzas for my soccer teams last practice. They had the order ready in a timely manner and all correct with no issues what so ever. The location was very clean looking inside and the person on staff there seemed very efficient & helpful. All around easy & good experience.

You all seriously need to hire more people. There is no reason this location only ever has two employees working at any given time. It's a joke. It creates headaches for customers and food delivery partners when picking up orders. It makes it almost impossible for them to answer phone calls. On top of that, your front area is way too small for this. You cheap franchise owners want to make big bank off these orders while pushing your employees to the limit? Least you can do is make the front area bigger for all the people that have to sit around and wait because you cheap owners only want to pay people the bare minimum and keep overhead low by having two people working at any given time. This location has turned into a complete joke. Do better. Your employees deserve it more than anyone.

I’ve been coming to this location since 2006 when i was 13 years old and had to ride a bike there. Literally never had a problem with my pizza pizza. However recently, probably 13/15 of the last times I’ve stopped in there’s always a 20+ minute wait for hot n ready pizzas of any topping. The business model of little Caesar’s is “hot n ready”. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, a kitchen capacity issue or what but i hope the owner can get it resolved. If i have to wait 20+ minutes for a simple pepperoni pie id just order it from the 7 other pizza places we have in town. The point of little Caesars is to deliver a quality pizza in a swift amount of time. If 20 min waits were supposed to be commonplace for little caesers they’d at least have a bench for you to sit down while you wait. The staff is always really nice about it and i can tell they’re working hard which leads me to believe there are staffing issues that need addressed.

So tonight my wife ordered three pizzas for myself, her and our daughter after waiting before 2 hours for our pizzas. After watching all of their business come in and go out, our food was neither hot nor fresh. In fact, one pizza was made wrong. The manager was alerted. He looked at my wife and said I'm sorry. What do you want me to do about it? We're short-staffed and we are closing early. Mind you no orders on the screen. No one calling. No one at the store. Three other employees in the back. This is the absolute most trash. Worst service I have ever received at a Little Caesars. I get it hot, fresh, cheap pizza. It's not always going to be great. This is absolutely ridiculous. 2 hours for three pizzas only for it to be wrong and to be told. What do you want me to do about it? We're closed at 8:00. Almost positive they close at 11:00. You have four people on the shift. Just doesn't make sense to me. Corporate office is closed but trust and believe I will be in touch with them

My wife and I like this location better than our other two options because of the way our Detroit style is prepared compared to the other two. And if you haven't already. Give the lead, Jeremiah a raise. Hard worker and very attentive to customer service.

I’m not sure what people are expecting for a fast food pizza chain, but we were very pleased! Lady working was helpful and pleasant. It was clean inside. We got an affordable, delicious pizza! Mission accomplished! A+++

We live in Chicago but go often to crown point due to work. Anyways, we don't know what it is but the pizza from this little Caesars it's soooo good. In Illinoi we never buy little Ceasars, it's something about the tomatoes sauce. It's so good! Keep up the good work!
