I had not eaten at a Long John Silvers in over 20 years. The chicken was so good, I went back a second time shortly after! Both days the associates were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean, and my food was hot and fresh.

I was trying to order on the app online to use an online only coupon , it would not work I called spoke with Shannan she was so nice told me when I got there she would help me. She took the time to help me , although the app was not allowing me to use the BOGO ( yes it was still valid ) she honored it anyway. I was not the only customer that had an issue with the app. We need more people like her that shows kindness and compassion for her customers . Thank you Shannan .

This place is like any other Long John Silvers if you have ever been to one. I rated the food 4 out of 5 because it is very good. But very greasy. It is deep fried fish. I would expect a lot of grease. I think the fish is delicious. But some may not like the grease. They changed the fries to waffle fries. I am not a fan of them. There is nothing wrong with them at all. I just prefer regular fries. I've been here several times and the service has always been good. They are always friendly and welcoming. And they have always gotten my order correct. I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because the decore is a little boring and the chairs aren't very comfortable. Not terrible, but not great.
