The drive through employee here on Sept. 28th, 2025 at 10:45 P.M. told me my uber eats pickup could not be prepared and given to me. She said i was the fourth person to come for it and so I was made to cancel which raised my cancellation rate and counted against me and then another employee came out to my car right after I canceled the order to tell me that it was there after all and I could come and get it but it was already too late because I already canceled it.. He came to my car while I was writing to Uber explaining that this wasn't my fault and I lost the chatbot thanks to the employee that came to my car when he requested information about the order and I had to go back into another part of the app to look at it. Thanks for screwing things up for me, Mcdonald's. I'll be avoiding this place due to the incompetency of the people here and the annoyance.
The person in the drive through needs to slow down and be thorough and do her job more efficiently. Maybe she's just not ready for this job.

They forgot sauce on my order and then they wanted to charge me 60 cents for the sauce. A multi billion dollar corporation can't afford to include sauce with orders anymore? Ridiculous

There's a major difference between the morning/afternoon crew versus afternoon/evening crew in customer service and quality. Mobile ordering is questionable. For example- customized a sandwich on the app and it seems that majority of the time, they don't pay attention or make it right.

I'm 66 years old and have been going to McDonald's my whole life. This is BY FAR the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They get my order wrong AT LEAST every other time. Management has a Hey I corrected it attitude. They recently opened a McDonald's about 5 minutes further. I will use that one.

I know this may come as a shock but these workers are absolutely useless. Can’t get an order right and don’t do a thing about it when they screw everything up. Garbage establishment. Stay far away. The daytime/evening manager (5:30 pm) is the most useless thing on Earth. Food is trash, too.

McDonald didn’t disappoint me! Went for the first time in 3 years for a snack wrap!! Couldn’t even get 1 snack wrap correct!! Ordered Ranch. Says Ranch on my order/ bag. Got a spicey that I cannot eat!! 2.99$ down the drain!!

This McDonald’s location consistently gets my order wrong. Even worse, the wait time for remakes is ridiculously long. It’s frustrating to deal with the same issues over and over. Definitely needs better quality control and faster service.
