Ok im a pretty open person when it comes to the LGBTQ community, but what is up with this man working the drive through trying to use a womans voice trying to sound feminine? How is that allowed? It is very strange and very confusing, I always try ti be polite and say yes maam no maam or sir
But I honestly got confused when i pulled up
As far as the food goes, its a typical mcdonalds- old food and cold fries
Unless you ask them to make yiur food fresh
Ive tried asking them to make my food fresh the last three or four times that I've been here and they tell you OK, but then they give you old food. The only way I was able to get my food. Fresh was to repeatedly ask nicely for them to make it fresh and then check my bag after they brought it to me which tonight they did because I literally waited 10 minutes for them to make the food fresh but other than that, it's a typical McDonald's.

Ordered with McDonald's app, waited 30mins for only half my food to show up. The bags are sealed which means employees didn't fill the order correctly. This is the 3rd time I have had issues and now I'm leaving a review. The female employee that I spoke to on the phone told me to call door dash for a refund without even offering to remake food or offering in store credit.

We live less then a mile from the resteraunt our fry's where look warm at best and spounge the 2 big mac's had so much sauce on them u couldn't taste anything but the sauce was very hard to hold onto and enjoy my moms fish sandwitch was cold i'm very disapointed

I was satisfied at McDonald’s because the service was quick, the food was fresh, I got the $5 McDouble bundle with a caramel frappe and it was amazing. Staff was very friendly, and I would like to thank the young lady named Brianna with the nice colorful braids who helped me. She was very kind and friendly, and very helpful. My only dislike was that a male manager was not so kind when it came to my order.

Parking: I was pulled to the 1 spot, and it was nice to sit there and wait, and the young lady gave me a laugh even tho it was freezing outside, and she had no jacket on

Kid-friendliness: The kid friendliness could use some work some managers were using horrible language, and I saw a little work boy smoking.

Nice new store. Just average, as usual. I've yet to not have a smashed cheeseburger. But, this is pretty much a given. Strange interior ordering counter. But I really think McDonald's is leaning towards a full drive up service. In the future, 3 stars overall .

We use the drive-thru when we have a taste for McDonald's breakfast. We are done going to this McDonald's. Every single time there is something wrong with our food. This time a big breakfast with hotcakes was ordered and we drove all the way home, made our coffee, got comfy, ready to eat and go to butter all the pancakes and the one in the middle looked like somebody had eaten most of it. There was less than a quarter of a pancake there. Had to get dressed again, waste gas driving all the way back just to get an attitude from the staff there because I had an issue with not receiving what I paid for. Not only have the prices going. Astronomically high, now we have to deal with staff having an issue when their customers take issue with not receiving what they paid for. The girl literally made an excuse saying they sometimes break off the griddle. So basically she's saying they know that it's damaged and yet they hid it between the two pancakes to make me pay for less. Not to mention all the staff in the front of the restaurant do not wear gloves when they are handling your fries and your hash browns and any other food up front that is not completely packaged in a wrapper. Never will we ever go to this McDonald's again. The other one in town is so much cleaner and people are nice and not argumentative about getting what you paid for.

I was hunting fish and landed at McDonald's right before closing time and they had me some sammies in about 10 min.
