Had to stop whole traveling and wasn't impressed. They either were short staffed or were overwhelmed. The wait for the food was crazy for fast food. I ordered a coffee that the machine didn't work on. They tried to make me the equivalent, which was nice. But they could've charged me a coffee price and not a frap price. Employees were more concerned with drive thru service than waiting on or helping customers in the lobby. Kiosks are way slower to place your order, than using a trained employee at a register. No condiments available for self retrieval, you have to ask for EVERYTHING you didn’t get on your tray when dining in. Obviously, I’m not in favor of this “self service” era and my interactions with this restaurant seem very impersonal and make me wanting to go to other restaurants...

You know what you get when you go to McDonald’s, it hasn’t changed much. A little more expensive than you’d like but so is everything else. The difference with this McDonald’s is the crew, tip of the hat to whoever does the hiring and scheduling, the morning crew is always extremely pleasant, polite, and has a smile on their face. Makes a difference when the front facing portion of your business is so great.
