Well, i genuinely never post a bad review, to start the interior was freezing cold, had to wear a jacket. We ordered the buffalo chicken cheese balls and after 30 min they arrived ice cold...no exaggeration, our entrée arrived 30 minutes later and entire meal was below room temp. I paid the 70 dollar bill and let disappointed.. We are locals and will not return.

This place was hyped for no reason. Service sucked. Food wasn’t all this. Wanted to celebrate an anniversary but didn’t realize how ratchet this place was. We got an “igloo” that we ONLY SAT DOWN IN, ordered apps, told her we wanted to move inside since it was too cold, the space heater was 🚮, she said she’ll come back when she has a table ready. Didn’t come back. We took everything and went inside ourselves. All the tables we wanted to sit at were 🤮 disgusting. The place was empty so it wasn’t like we had to wait for a table. Looked around the corner to see the server just standing, talking and drinking. Ok cool but we just told you we wanted to go inside cause we were freezing outside with a baby. BUT WHATEVER. Got the food(fish and chips and ramen noodles) didn’t care to eat it, no taste, looked and felt like rubber. Went to ask for a box, but i had to go ask a different girl. The bartender asked our server why we dressed so nicely and her response was “I don’t know why don’t you go ask them I don’t care” as if I didn’t just turn my back. Now we’re waiting for the check….. TAKING FOREVER we just wanted to go home. Went to tell her to bring us the check. She had an attitude and walked away. She still charged us for the igloo we hardly sat in. The blonde bartender came to talk to us, she was great. Very welcoming. Very friendly. Complementing us. Congratulated us. Adorded the baby. She was calling me winter Barbie but the stank look on server’s face was uncomfortable and she wanted to make it very known. I wish we had the nicer girl from the start. Waste of a night.

We sat outside in one of their festive igloos and we had a great time! Our meals were delicious, the drinks were festive and cute, and our server Sarah was fantastic. Would recommend and can’t wait to go back! Best part is it is kid friendly!

We ate here to celebrate our anniversary and it was a fantastic experience. We ate in the Nightmare Before Christmas themed igloo. The igloo was decorated very nicely. We loved having our own area to talk and be able to hear eachother without yelling like we have to do if we eat anywhere else on the square as they are too loud. Chef Carlos is amazing, the food was delicious and a large menu to select from. I don’t remember our server’s name but she was very nice and check on us often. It was about 48f out and we were comfortable in the igloo with fall jackets on, the heater kept up with the outside chill. We definitely plan to go back soon!

I’ve been here for date night with my husband and then dinner with the kids and the service was great each time! The food was amazing, atmosphere was top notch and the attentiveness of our server was great, we’ve been lucky to get Sarah each time we’ve went! I usually go with the Goodfella chicken sandwich and husband usually opts for whatever special they have going on at the time. Definitely would recommend for a fun night in the square.

Everything was room temperature.. short rib egg roll, dip sandwich, bulgogi beef bowl. Salad had rotten pieces of lettuce. Service was okay. Only one other table in the restaurant.
