I put in an online order for 6 pizzas to be delivered at a specific time for a Christmas party I was having. I chose Papa Johns because they had the best online deals out of the pizza places in Crown Point. The pizza arrived hot & on time and was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it. The epic stuffed crust was so good! Out of 6 pizzas, there were only a few pieces left at the end of the day. The next day, however, the pizza was really hard and dry.

Absolute worst pizza I've ever had. Boneless buffalo wings had no sauce at all. They were just plain boneless wings! Pizza was garbage, the wife threw it away. Whatever Philly cheesesteak thing she got was god awful. The dogs liked it tho! We'll never order from there again. Really wish pizza hut was still here for a cheap decent quick pizza. Oh well back to Beggars and or making homemade pizzas for us. Thanks Papa Johns! You solidified yourself at the bottom of the barrel of shitty pizza!!!

Why Papa? The quality of this pizza has gone completely downhill! The manufactured cardboard crust is the latest disappointment. The crust didn't even rise. It reminded me of a Lunchables pizza. Terrible.

I've learned from this visit of going to Papa John's. they are not the best fast food pizza you want to spend your money on. Low quality! the pizza wasn't even delicious! I was hungry so I ate it!

Place was extremely filthy inside. Not a single person working in there knows how to greet anyone that comes up to the counter they completely ignore you. Obviously they try keeping their times down or something because you get notifications your pizza is done and ready for pickup then you walk in and get told it's just coming out of the oven once you get someone's attention that is. After that you wait at least 20 more minutes. Then you see one of the workers standing out front smoking and then he comes inside and starts touching food. No washing of his hands or gloves nothing. If there's even a manger in there they don't know what they're doing. The delivery driver shouldn't be boxing up and handling food . If you ask me this place should have been closed down instead of the local pizza hut. Food sat so long that it was ice cold when I received it.

ordered 15 boneless honey chipotle wings through door dash. barely any sauce was on them. they where clearly not tossed, and the sauce was sparsely drizzled on top. all of the wings where pretty much bare. never go to this location if you value your money. they will only disappoint you and never meet the bare minimum

Box was slightly opened upon delivery without a box seal. There was a bug crawling in the box when I checked. The delivery person left it on ground despite the bugs being visible in the picture they took that also shows how the box is partially open. They didn't ring the doorbell. I got no text or call. They didn't even put the box on the mat. They should have tried to ensure a sanitary delivery. They could have asked for a seal at pick up or bag. With a bag they could have hung it on my door knob. They could have even knocked before leaving to decrease the exposure.

Canceled my order on door dash and never told me until an hour later
Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks . Arrived 30 min past the delivery time. Neither were filled cooked and both boxes were covered in grease. I will not be ordering from here again.
