A couple times now I've ordered online using coupons or online specials only to show up to pick my order up and find that they crew has given me an even better deal! Who does that?? Clearly they care more about service than grabbing every dollar possible. They always get the order right, and the pizza is classic Papa John's deliciousness. It's been a great experience everytime.

As a former franchisee, I recognize what old dough looks like after being cooked. This is the second time I've tried this location and both times, the dough will not rise because of the age and temperature of the dough. It has been left out too long and is past its expiration date. This is why they only have 3.2 stars. What happened to having 4 or 5 stars to meet Papa John's quality? The quality in this store has tanked. Domino's is looking better everyday.

Papa John's pizza has gone downhill with its taste since I used to work for Papa John's. Ever since the CEO stepped down, Papa John's pizza hasn't tasted the same. Though I truly do appreciate them making stuff crusted pizza but the sauce isn't the same, and even the food just doesn't taste the same like it used to... though I will say the Crown Point stores service was excellent and quick! They just were absolutely amazing! I appreciate them for their amazing service! The atmosphere however wasnt something i was keeping attention too but im sure it would be just as good!

It's no frills. Perfect for when you have a hankering for decent pizza at a good price and don't want to leave the house. Been getting pizza from here for a long time. Can't say we've ever had a bad pizza and the delivery is always reliable. Good folks. Good Eats.
Their pizza used to be good what happened? The pizza I got was terrible. It was completely dry and well over priced. 17 dollars for a crappy pizza. I could have paid 5 dollars for the same crappy pizza at little cesars. You guys have shrank to new lows. I've been eating there for years but the last few I've gotten there were terrible. I'm not coming back.

530pm, Ordered Papa John’s online in crown point, my husband goes to pickup and the doors are locked. My husband said he can see workers at the desk. He kept knocking but they would not open the door. Called papa John’s the “manager” said the door locks on itself because it is broken. He was very rude and hung up on me. First and last time ordering from that place.

Overall the pizza wasn't bad. The cheese stuffed crust and the garlic dipping sauce is really good. The issue we had was the sausage. It doesn't take like Italian sausage...it tastes like breakfast sausage.
