Hello I am a Dasher I went to this establishment to pick up an order and I have got disrespected by staff and customers on behalf of me picking up an order and they were waiting I guess for a minimum time and seeing that I was picking up a order and they thought I cut the line so I got disrespected by a customer in front of staff and they got into my personal space all in my face to the point that I felt really uncomfortable and staff seeing what was happening and didn't notify the customer to help the situation they disrespected me right along with her and I feel very terrible to the point that it made me cry in my car I simply just trying to make a living off the doordash job and I go into this establishment to get disrespected the way I did I truly don't appreciate it and I'm writing this review to show the disrespect that I received today

Previous " owner" felt the need to interrupt my meal ro argue with me over a Taco salad...waitress brought out soup and salad to my guest ( that was her meal),who finished her meal long before mine arrived..her soup was cold, asked the server to please heat. Server said she didnt know it was cold, " she didnt wanna stick her finger in it" ...never pre- bussed , so I'm eating with dirty dishes that were never picked up after my guest ate..if your gonna hire the young to serve, at least properly train them...have been dining there for 20 years...will definitely never go back...

I was excited to try this place because I had stopped her a few times during my doordash runs. I ordered takeout. I ordered the prime rib, the apple cinnamon crepes, and the kids fish and chips. I was disappointed. I asked for a medium rare prime rib and it came back well done. The kids fish sticks were overcooked I actually removed some of the breading so my son would eat it. The fruit cup I thought would have been fresh fruit it was just a dole mixed fruit cup. The crepes did not have the butter, whipped cream, powdered sugar, or the maple syrup. They were a little bit thick to my liking more of a pancake type thickness. The inside of the restaurant I like the hostess is always nice. But was disappointed in the food maybe I'll give it another try and hopefully it turns out better.

Stopped in around 11am Sunday. Sat in the bar area. Ordered pepsi and a bottle of bud light. One person brought my pepsi another one brought the beer. Both weren't our server. My husband thought the beer tasted weird. Looked for the date and it expired on August of 2023. Someone brought another one looked like the manager she looked right at the date and that expired January 2024 she said this is better and gave it to my husband. We ordered 2 lemon rice soups, chicken tenders and a BBQ burger. The soup was very watery and hardly any rice. The chicken nuggets were huge. Looked like they cut actual chicken breasts in half and hand breaded them. They had no taste, very dry and super chewy. The server got my husband's burger wrong and brought out a burger with egg on it. Told her it was wrong took it in the back and when it came back out in like 2 minutes you could see it was the same burger without the egg on it, smothered the top with bbq so u could see the egg pieces. A finger mark pushed thru the burger and the plate and grease and the runny egg part still on the plate. Won't be going back. 40 bucks for not very good food. Pappas told me to email to go over what happened at my visit. I emailed with no response after a week. Guess they don't really care.

I was a little disappointed, they sat us in the bar side by ourselves. The staff was talking very loud, inappropriately and cursing as I’m sitting there with my husband and mother-in-law (awkward) they were talking about grabbing a**.The bread rolls tasted old, they only have margarine not real butter, the sweet potato fries were burnt. The breakfast was great, the burger was great, soup was good and the ranch AAA+++ homemade and perfect.The service eh, she kept cleaning the table as we were eating, we had to guard our napkins so she didn’t take them.

The food is decent. A kitchen manager could be useful in aiding the kitchen staff with seasoning, cook temp, etc. Buyer beware, pay attention to your receipt. When my plate came, I was missing a protein. When I brought it up to my server, she mentioned to me that the menu had a error. Um, not my issue. Can I have what I ordered? My other protein was eventually brought over but when the receipt came, someone added $2.00 to the price. Um, hell no. Remove that charge and charge me the menu price. As this was being corrected, I had to hear more about the error with the menus.Again, why are you all making this the customers problem? Maybe mention this when the customer orders? Use a sharpie to correct errors? Pay for a reprint?The current method of "wait and see if the customers notice" just comes off a tad shady and low class.
The waitress Angelina was awesome! We were a group of 12, and she made sure we had everything we needed and everyone's order was correct. The salad was fresh and crispy vegetables. The lemon rice soup is so good. My husband ordered the Greek porkchops, which he raved about. I ordered the chicken marsala, and it was also delicious. We will definitely be returning and requesting Angelina for our waitress.

Very good place to go! They have awesome food and staff are nice. The Greek is my go to salad. Also breakfast here is amazing as well. I highly recommend coming here for business meetings or family dinners.
