The staff was so friendly, even though they were busy. I came in this morning to smiles and employees who were willing to take their time to explain things to me and break the awkwardness I have when ordering at places I have never been. Don't even get me started on how amazing their doughnuts are. The employee talked me into getting more than I originally wanted, which im happy about because these are ADDICTING.

I placed a mobile pickup and still had to wait 25 minutes with no one in front of me in line. As a former service employee, I understand when things are busy but it usually comes with a polite greeting and I got nothing. Not to mention an empty parking lot and three employees. After waiting 25 minutes the young lady handed me the items without a word and with a bad attitude. After I waited 25 minutes with a mobile pick up order! I have never had an experience with such poor service at Valpo location and I think it's important to give feedback to hold staff responsible. Especially after a $60 (yes $60) order!!!! (2 beverages and one dozen donuts)

donuts are always great but why the sausage biscuit cold asl everytime i get it maybe every few times it comes out hot but 4/5 times it’s cold

I got 6 of the vegan gluten-free donuts and my biggest issue is that they are dry and crumble apart easily in comparison to other vegan gluten-free donuts I've had. Without the frosting I don't think I'd be able to eat them, even though they smell and taste so good. If the texture was improved I'd get these much more often
Ate here for the first time leaving chicago and goodness gracious was this excellent! Greeted by kind and patient staff, with the clean and beautiful inside with lots of great choices of donuts at a great price ! We got a dozen assorted donuts ! Hands down one of the best donuts we've ever had ! We will be back !

Coffee was not even close to what was advertised, horrible blend. Need to invest some of that money from the overly high priced menu items into better blenders , my Carmel mach had ice pieces inside of it. Customer service was awful, waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I see why this buisness closes early . Won’t be lasting long at all.
