Pho Fusion + Jasmine Tea

This place was empty and we still had to wait over an hour for a simple noodle dish the only good thing about this place was the host was friendly would not recommend 😕

The place is just boring. The tables are empty. There is a plenty of sitting and area space but it’s just so empty. No condiments or napkins on the tables, nothing. Also I went there to try the pho, it’s fulfilling it’s just not what I fell in love with. The flavor was underwhelming, the meat options were poor. I wanted pho with everything, but they had me only choose two options. I chose steak and meat ball. When I received it I had like 3 strips of steak and 12 meatball halves. Again, it fulfilled me but I wouldn’t come back.

Ordered take out today so this rating is based solely on food.
The pho was so mediocre. Meat was tough, partly because it was cut against the grain. Broth lack depth and fragrance.

Went in an hour before close and the restaurant looked unattended to there were workers but no one to clean up a full dirty table.couches looked messy it just didn’t look great. Although the workers were nice, they didn’t have chili oil which is essential when serving mainly pho.. when asked if they had it I was told that they didn’t have the ingredients which sounded crazy to me. I had to go a grocery store to buy my own. Thankfully I didn’t order online like I usually do or I would’ve been even more annoyed. Please do better.

Was also missing my bean sprouts. I won’t be back, Saigon will be my go to.

waited 1 HOUR+ for a pho. A typical pho dish. The food was overall ok but not that amazing to be waited for an hour.

There are children running this place, and it is quite obvious by the lack of customer service and personal responsibility. My wife ordered a meal from them via Grubhub, as she has done several times in the past. There is always an issue....usually a missing item as there was today. When you call to let them know, they offer no solutions other than contacting Grubhub for a refund. It was chicken chow mein today (forgot to bag it for driver). A few orders ago, it was another item. Sometime we've ordered an item for it to not be available, and rather than call us and let us know or offer us a replacement option, they just choose not to let us know and let us find out when the order arrives.

This place is NOT busy, so there really is no excuse for the lack of attention to detail. We will not be ordering from there any longer. I recommend either Saigon Noodle House or Yum Noodles. Steer clear of this place and the spoiled, entitled, undisciplined and poorly raised children who are running it into the ground.

Everytime I call to place an order they hang up on me! Horrible service! I’m taking my blood money elsewhere

Me and my best friend have been coming here for almost five years now and it is our favorite place to hang out and get a nice treat! All the staff members are so incredibly friendly and hardworking especially, we really enjoy seeing them! Every time we come here; it makes our day better! The aesthetics are beautiful with dim lights, catchy songs, and a nature-based vibe all around. The food and drinks are also delicious and at a great price. I definitely recommend coming here for every reason!

Freezing in restaurant. Apps took over an hour. Brussels sprouts burnt. Avocado rotten in the roll. Brisket bao buns were good. Out of chicken for pho so said would have to boil more and 30 min wait turned into over an hour!!! Had to get my own napkins. Didn’t bring sides for the pho and had to go ask.

Once again, I order I even called in this time and I still didn’t get extra brisket for my pho not only that but there’s no mint and there’s no beans sprouts. Definitely never ordering here again. I’ve given it four times now. not once did they get the order right absolutely crazy. I mean I literally even called in this time to make sure that they got it right.
