We ordered delivery for my daughter’s birthday party - we were told 25-30 mins and it didn’t show up until 45 mins later when our guests were already there. I clicked the contactless delivery option, and instead of leaving the order outside, they rang the doorbell and got my aunts going- therefore waking my child up from her pre-party nap and interrupting a video call my uncle had for work in his office. Upon Opening the pizzas, they were of good temperature but they were 1) slopped all over the place 2) there was parts of the pizza that had no sauce on it. 2) the wrong toppings were on 2 of the pizzas and we paid for extra toppings $2 for each and there was hardly any of the toppings we paid for on the pizzas. I attempted to call to see if I could bring the pizzas back in because the quality was unacceptable, I was willing to work with them because we’ve used this Pizza Hut for 10 years and never once had a problem. We spent $60 on pizza and then had to spend an additional $60 ordering new pizzas because the quality of the ones ordered from your establishment was incredibly embarrassing to serve at a party. I was put on hold for 20 mins and then hung up on after 20 mins of reptetive music and chatting from an audio recording. I tried calling back 5 more times after the call was disconnected, an my calls weren’t answered. I had to go purchase totally new pizzas at a different pizza establishment because this pizza hurt wouldn’t even answer th phone to help me rectify the situation. I’m not sure if they were busy or if a mistake happened or if they were short staffed, but I was by no means trying to be a Karen. Because it was for my daughters birthday party I was very upset with the lack of detail with the order and the complete lack of care when I called back with the problem regarding my order. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else; because this caused a huge issue for the party we had and we are ouT $60 on top of another $60 we had to spend to buy pizza at a different restaurant restaurant!

Used to love this place. I specifally asked for extra sauce on one of the pizzas we ordered. "Supposed" manager was rude and hung up on me. Claimed I yelled at him when I nevef raised my voice, just wanted a replacement. Several people heard our conversation and were shicke Will never be back .

I have no complaints about my order. The online deal prices were great! Everything I ordered was correct, hot and ready in time.
Parking: You can park and go right in to pick up your order.
Punk at the counter had an attitude and couldn't figure out proper change even with register doing calculations. If you like Pizza Hut it would be best to try a different location!

This is the worst Pizza Hut EVER!! I ordered my food thinking, awesome it’s going to be warm when my kids get home from school. It took them almost an hour and a half to deliver food!!! First, they don’t even call you to tell you what’s going on with your order, and when I called 45 minutes after my order was placed, they tell me they don’t have a driver, they’re waiting on a Doordasher. That’s ridiculous!! Will NEVER place an order from this place again!!!
