Got an Italian beef, they put 0 Gardinera on it driest most flavorless Italian beef I've ever had, the fries we flavorless and nearly stale. Very disappointed

Hot dog buns were straight out of the bag - not steamed. No celery salt on Chicago style. Chocolate shake was thick, but had no chocolate taste. Fries were great.

The beef sandwich is great. They pile the beef so high you need some before you can pick up the sandwich and eat it. I would recommend Pops the for is great.

First time trying this place for hot dogs, was recommended from napa. Good dogs, just missing the sport peppers. Thursday special is 2 dogs n fries. The amount of fries was more than i expected.

The beef was very dry, even though they somewhat dunked the sandwich. The sausage also was dry. I would say overcooked. What they do make good is the Chicago style hotdog which they don’t have in the list below.

We ordered our meals forgot to charge us for one shake no big deal go up and order it pay and get it. Look at the receipt and see i was charged more then what the menu showed. Kinda disheartening that a place like this will not make sure everything is correct

When we first moved to NWI, we first visited Pops when they were located closer to Jewel. At first, when we ordered our beef juicy, the beef was still dry. Over the years, they have gotten better. The beef is juicy, tender, and tasty. So juicey that now, they wrap your beef and then put your wrapped beef inside a plastic bag for take out orders. The beef here is much better than the overrated beef sandwich at Portillos. The large order of fries is enough to share.

This was absolutely disgusting to find a hair in the middle of my sandwich. Then when I go in person to do show them I get a "oh um wow do you want another one " absolutely not. The fact that at the recognition that one of your cooks left multiple nasty hairs in the sandwich immediately get a sincere or at least a more convincing apology has lost my business from this gross establishment. 10/10 hugely do not recommend
Just want to update i gave them another chance and when I just went through the drive through i was asked a million questions about my supposed credit. I spelled my last name. Gave them the issue. Had to tell them exactly what food was messed up and how and then they still asked for a phone number. Forget this place. What a bunch of clowns.

For how much I spent over $30 and it was ((1)) meal I was missing my extra sauce,,, extra meat ..! The only thing right was the fries …what a joke and a true disappointment !

My favorite place for beef, I bought 5 lbs for a party and it didn't taste the same, it was thick not sliced thin like always.
Maybe they no longer get it from the same meat distributor.
Not sure but very disappointed.
