Ordered a large variety of food through DoorDash. The order totaled approximately $90 however, when it was delivered we were missing The shrimp order, as well as mac & cheese, and additional order of friesTried to call the store, however, there was no answer, and there is still no answer three days later.Log onto the website and filed a missing items complaint and got an auto response saying someone would contact us however, nobody’s ever contacted us. Also file the missing items with DoorDash with no restitution either.Not a good experience!!
Friendly people but I triple checked to sure they got my phone number because I have their app. They said yes but unfortunately NO they didn't. So if you customers have phone numbers always pressure them to check phone number. Or what's the point have their app account.

1st time in a long time I've actually gotten Popeyes the way it always used to be. Everyone was helpful they were friendly they were fast. And the biggest thing I actually got fresh hot food and received what I ordered it was

I was compelled to leave a review at the Crown Point location. The food was delicious and my order was accurate. What I really want to focus on is the service. I went through the drive-through to order, and the women working there reminded me of my aunt and grandmother. They made me feel so loved and were so kind that I felt like I was almost home. It takes a lot for a food service industry to make people feel so good about themselves and loved. That’s the essence of food industry history. I never leave reviews but I’m really hoping this gets to the owner so they can see that the two older women working the window on Friday, February 16 are unbelievable women and I am so grateful that I came across them when I ordered dinner tonight. Something about their spirit was just a great encounter. They were truly are special people. Great job Crown Point location.

I try not to complain online but...I wish that my orders would be completed/made correctly. Out of eight orders this past year, only two were correct. We pay good money for this food, and no we don't want to come back for what's missing.

I ordered a ten piece meal with two large macaroni sides and six biscuits and a chicken sandwich. Too expensive for the chicken to be very disappointing. It's starting to slip not as good as when they first opened. Someone is not letting it marinate the time needed because It was very bland and not very crunchy. Definitely received old chicken. It was missing that Popeyes flavor!
I’m not sure what’s different about this Popeyes but everything is amazing, from the food to the service to the ambiance. Workers and Manager are super friendly, the food is fresh and tastes amazing. 10/10. Best Popeyes I’ve ever been to.

The staff here overcooks the chicken. It doesn't even hold a candle to the Popeye's at Rt. 30 and 41. If you want great, tender juicy chicken, go there. If you want dry, overcooked chicken, then go here.Secondly the popcorn shrimp is so tiny, you actually get more breading than shrimp, IF you get any shrimp in them at all. The pieces that do have shrimp are just little chips, not even a whole piece.Last but not least are the prices. WOW, talk about over charging for below average food, I will never go here again. I would rather drive ten miles to the one I mentioned earlier, than come here.
