A good experience overall. Our server Giselle was delightful and everything besides the steaks were incredible. Great drinks, apps, salads, sides, sauces, and desserts! It's not that the steaks were bad, but that they were simply on par (at best) with chains like Morton's or Capital Grille. I would definitely go back as it was a great overall experience, but felt when it came to the steaks, Prime 112 fell short of my expectations.

The service and staff are fantastic, food portions are large, the quality of the food is incredible.

The staff at this restaurant is absolutely phenomenal. They are very informed and attentive, and I appreciate the level of service they provide. My entrée was fine, but I sent the sides back as they were just not tasty. But overall, a lovely experience.

I had an 8:30 reservation and wasn't seated until 9:20 — nearly an hour late. When we were finally seated, it was outdoors with zero ambiance, which was disappointing given the expectation and the wait. The food was mediocre at best. The 14 oz New York strip was okay, but certainly not great — and nowhere near memorable. I've been here many times in the past, especially within the first few years after they opened, and unfortunately, this is no longer the same place. Miami now has far better dining options in terms of both food quality and overall experience. Between the long wait, the lack of atmosphere, and the average food, it's simply not worth the drive to the beach anymore.

The service, the meal, and drinks were all amazing. Patrick our server was the best. I will say it was a disappointing to be sat at one of the two tables in the main entranceway. Our kids view was literally of the front door and the 20 people waiting to be seated. My son had his arm ran in to at least a half a dozen times by wait staff trying to navigate the narrow hallway we were seated in without any acknowledgement and my daughters chair literally had her pinned against an elevator door that must not be in service for dinner. Completely took away from the fine dining experience. Its hard to enjoy the ambiemce when youre literally seated in the entranceway.

Very nice and excellent food. I have been here twice and both times were pleasant! I will be back

Our waiter, Kevin, was outstanding! Very attentive and responsive with a personality to add to add to the experience. The crab tempura appetizer and truffle M&C were beyond great. The steaks are where the wheels started wobbling. My wife filet was lacking in the flavor department and my Australia wagyu ribeye had a good size strip of gristle through the center of it. I'm no expert on Australian wagyu but I would not expect a $115 steak to have that inclusion. I have no problem having an expensive dinner but do not want to have any doubt about leaving a 5 star review when I'm done.

Food was delicious, we just had to wait a long time for the meal to arrive. The restaurant was very, very busy.

Super impressed with everything about this restaurant. They were extremely full for New Year's and they executed with extraordinary coordination, service and food. The management team along with all the staff deserved accolades.

We never got seated and they texted us 2 hours after our reservation to say that our table was ready... not good service at all.

It's New Years Eve and I made a reservation for 9 family members and when we arrive I could tell we were in for a night crazy night. Let me explain, there was a line of patrons extending from the front door to the curb to check in with the host for our reservation. After a 15 minute wait in line, not to bad. I finally was in front of the host to check for my reservation. I checked in securing the reservation and that's when things went left. The host instructed us to follow a restaurant employee that would seat us. We followed and were told we would exit the building and we re enter the building to be seated at our table. We followed her out the front door down a 1/4 block and entered a different establishment called prime 112 private dining room. When we entered I knew that this was not going be the same feel or vibe we had experienced dining in there main location a 1/4 block down. We felt conned and lesser than. News Years Eve was a big deal because I had 9 family members with me and hyped up to them what the dramatics of the ambiance was going to be like . We just sat there in disbelief concerned about this unknown adventure.

Great for New Year's Eve - party atmosphere. Great service given the crowd. Food was good and timely. As expected and just fine.

Hands down the worst dining experience I've ever had, especially disappointing for New Year's Eve. Our 8:00 p.m. reservation wasn't seated until 8:30 with zero communication or apology. We were then transported by golf cart to a separate party space that felt more like a wedding venue than the restaurant we booked. Service went downhill from there. The menu listed one non-alcoholic beer option, which wasn't available. Our waitress was shockingly rude, offered no help with the menu, never checked on our food or water, and didn't bring several items we ordered—without apology. A mandatory 20% gratuity meant no accountability for the poor service. While the food was decent, it was wildly overpriced. I would strongly not recommend this place.

It was NYE, so very busy and loud. The sea bass was excellent but the $100 steak was chewy and not very tasty. The hash browns were over cooked. Looks like they hiked up the prices for NYE, as they did not match the menu on their website. Server was good.

COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT is an understatement. We chose Prime 112 for New Year's Eve after having wonderful experiences at Prime Italian and Prime Fish the past two years. We had an early reservation and were seated promptly, but from that point on the experience went downhill quickly. The hostess was extremely misleading, telling us she would “show us to our table” and asking us to “follow her outside for a moment before heading back in.” At no point did she explain that we were actually being taken an entire block away to a SEPARATE BUILDING used for private events. Had this been communicated honestly, we would never have agreed. Instead, we were blindsided. The off-site space felt like a cheap banquet hall completely devoid of the energy and ambiance the Prime brand is known for—especially unacceptable on New Year's Eve. Despite feeling MISLED and UNDERWHELMED, we felt trapped given the night and the circumstances. To make matters worse, we had clearly requested two high chairs in the reservation notes. Only after ordering drinks, paying for valet, and walking a block to this separate building were we informed that no high chairs were available for our 1- and 2-year-olds. This lack of preparation and communication, combined with the lackluster environment, made what should have been a special evening an outright MISERABLE EXPERIENCE.
