I have to say, tonight was incredibly disappointing. We have come here every year for my birthday for the past 5 years. It's always been my favorite restaurant. Tonight we came in again for my birthday. We were sat at 8:09 pm and walked out 20 mins later. 3 waitresses and 1 waiter worked in our seating area and no one stopped to serve us or even offer us water. I finally got so upset I collected my things and left. Never again.

The atmosphere here is very nice. I tried a couple of dishes the Shrimp&grits were good but the short ribs could have been seasoned a little more. The tamales were good as well but were fried too hard. Overall everything was good I would definitely go back

I paid $50 for a restaurant I never got to experience. I planned to go for Valentine’s Day and I had to pay $50 for a deposit. We had to cancel due to the predicted weather warnings and bad road conditions, but they were not understanding of our safety and refused to refund me because I didn’t cancel 72 hours in advance! They stated on the phone that many others were calling with the same concern that day so all those others must have lost their money as well. This is terrible customer service!

I'll start with the good, the cocktails were excellent and unique. The service and atmosphere was great for NW Indiana. The food was lacking. The ceviche was very middle of the road. The guacamole lacked salt and heat to balance the pineapple. The Chicken Mole was the biggest disappointment. The sauce lacked complexity, warming spice, and depth of flavor. It tasted all one note. Was trying to get to Crown Point to try this restaurant for several months for a date night as we were told the food is on par with options in the city but this is simply not the case.

What I love about Provecho is the inventive flavors, small plates options, and delicious craft cocktails all set in a gorgeous restaurant with excellent service. I love the seasonality of menu and plethora of interesting options. Most recently we enjoyed the Wagyu Albondiga, Pork Tostadas, Chicken Skewers with Blueberry Salsa, Filet with Winter Squash, Potatas Bravas, and the Fried Plantains. The flavors were bright and complex and absolutely delicious! For dessert, we had the tres leches and the coconut creme brule which was so uniquely plated and tasted absolutely divine. Provecho is our favorite date-night and special occasion spot. I can't recommend it enough!

Love the bar. Great upscale Latin/Mexican fare. Margaritas are amazing and strong. 2 will do! The Escobar drink is my fav! It’s a mezcal cocktail! The house margarita is the best margarita I’ve ever had.

Love this place. After going several times and trying different things, I've determined that they can't make a bad item. Latest was the carnitas and beans with some friends. While the carnitas were excellent, the beans and guacamole stole the show. Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff. Our waitress was "on it" and didn't miss a beat, knowledgeable, polite, and fun to chat with. Excellent old fashioneds and the bar looks super boozy too. Highly recommend this place. I wish I knew how to make their beans, great stuff! Sorry, was too busy eating to take pics

brunch was phenomenal I had the omelette it was delicious there were seven people at our table and the waitress was on top of everything I definitely recommend this place

Kid-friendliness: another table was having a birthday party for Grandpa and the kids were having a blast

Wheelchair accessibility: my friends aunt is in a wheelchair she's 94 and they had no problems finding her a place at a table

My mother had an amazing birthday dinner here. I purchased a gift card for her since I'm not local anymore but have heard this is one of the best spots in the region. She had great service and nothing but praise for the restaurant. Apparently the ceviche was out of this world too. 10/10 would recommend!

The food was very good! I loved the empanadas and the ribeye tacos! The atmosphere was also very fun! Definitely looking forward to going back for the octopus.
