Extremely disappointing experience I had a truly disappointing experience at this place. I arrived and asked for the menu at 9:50 Friday night. But the staff never followed up or checked in on me. Oh I almost forgot to mention that the server threw the menu at me with clear attitude and no apology. The service was rude, inattentive, and completely unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Holy cow! I can’t even complain about the service because we received zero. Came in to watch the last quarter of the Bears game, get a drink and a bite to eat. Tons of staff doing absolutely nothing but chatting in a circle. We finally, after 20 mins, asked for a menu. The young girl begrudgingly threw a menu at us and immediately walked away. “Ok, thanks”, sorry to bother you by asking you to do your job. Of course, not a single staff member approached us the whole hour we were there. If ownership or a manager reads these reviews, PLEASE explain to your staff that it’s all about SERVICE!!! No one goes to that place for the unique cocktails or gourmet food. What a shame to have such a nice room and no service.

Excellent. We went around 1 for a quick duckling bowling and simulators for my daughter’s bday. Was a totally last minute thing in our part. . They were able to fit us right in. We had so much fun. Food was excellent and staff went above and beyond checking in on us. Highly recommend.

Went out with a group for a celebration. We did duckpin bowling and ar darts. It was a lot of fun. Very loud so not great for conversations but the activities more than made up for it.
