I went here for dinner with my girlfriend on a Tuesday, and we had a nice time! We've been to a few ramen places, and this was one of the better ones. We both got the chicken ramen and shared a sake flight, and it was good! And it was really unique, being in the brick basement of the courthouse. A few other reviews mention slow service, but that wasn't our experience at all- our waiter came by several times to check in and refill our water. You should try it out if you're nearby.

I was excited to come back for the Dan Dan noodles after really enjoying them earlier this year, but they’ve definitely changed. Instead of the traditional style with minced meat, it felt more like chow mein with pork belly. The pork belly was tasty, just not what I was expecting.
I used to love the bao bun here, but this time it caught me off guard — it kind of felt like a chicken strip in a bun with a hint of Mexican candy. Still interesting, just not the bao bun I fell in love with.

I travel the US weekly..Probably the worst ramen restaurant I’ve ever tasted in my life. My wife has yet to stop gagging from the bite she just ate.. hands down the worst. What a waste of $120. McDonald’s would have been much better…

Went with my bff and she ordered spicy pork ramen - I ordered drunken noodles (chicken) and we ordered pickled vegetable for app. We never receive the app but figured our server forgot and it was not a huge deal as it wasn’t on our bill and our food came so quickly we didn’t want to remind her so we just let it be. The food was ok but the drunken noodles were not spicy at all. It reminded me of a regular type of chow mein. The Chicken was grounded bits which was interesting but I prefer larger pieces of chicken and more flavor. The prices were good

We stopped in for lunch and tried the bao buns along with the Korean BBQ tots—absolutely 5 stars! I also had the Ganj-zilla drink, which was delicious. We loved it so much that we came back for dinner to sit out on the patio. This time, the Brussels sprouts stole the show as our favorite appetizer, and both of our drinks were amazing again.
The atmosphere is such a unique experience—eating in an old jail adds such a cool vibe to the whole place. Highly recommend!

Unique little spot in the basement of the courthouse building in Crown Point. Limited menu but good Ramen options. Good cocktail selection. There was not very many people there for how slow the service was.
Delicious Ramen! Fresh ingredients, flavorful broth, great service. I went in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great work!
Food was overcooked but edible. Service was good. A bit overpriced for the quality of food.

Appetizers were very good...I ordered the Thai Rice however the menu didn't indicate it had Red Bell Peppers in it which I dislike and had to pick out... Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of it...They have NO PHOTOS of their food dishes on the menu which in my opinion would be extremely helpful....I had to look on other Google Reviews to see what looked popular...
Overall experience was positive.
I'm giving this a 5 in the context that it's located in NWI. It's very much a 5 for NWI. The food is quite impressive, ambience is nice. I would still be very happy even if this was sitting in the middle of San Fran.
I would love to see some classic on the menu. They try to go a bit of the fusion route, and make some weird and interesting ramen. They're quite good and well thought out, but the execution is just a hair off (shoyu eggs could be more jammy and potent as a start). Take that with a grain of salt though, as this is coming from someone that ate regularly at some of the best ramen spots on the west coast and Japan. I would 100% say this is worth a visit and will be back to try more of the unique flavors.

We tried the birria ramen. The soup had great flavor. Our kids had the kids ramen and said it was very bland had no flavor. We wanted to try the Fried Thai rice because of the crab meat and shrimp but didn't get much of the crab meat mostly vegetables. The rice was very salty. I also tried a flight of Saki which I found a small bug in one. Didn't feel the need to order another was pretty disgusted after seeing it float in my cup.
