Smallcakes & Frosted nitrogen ice cream crown point

I ordered the half dozen cupcakes online (picking each flavor). Apparently they were out of a few so they decided what to substitute it with. Unfortunately the ones they picked are ones I and others can’t stand. They should have at least called and asked what I’d like as substitutions. 3 cupcakes went in the trash untouched.

Not great. Went in, ordered, watched as two groups after us were served. I assumed milkshakes were faster. Finally after 25 minutes I asked where our order was and they had no answer, mumbling something about "that didn't print out".Asked for a refund and left, I won't be back.

Best ice cream on earth. I am vegan and they have plenty of vegan options on the menu. You should try it. But be forewarned ice cream this good is addictive.

Went to Smallcakes today to try out their donuts. My kids each recieved 2 gift cards at Christmas time and we decided to use them today. I was told because it's new management they won't accept my gift cards! They said "eventually" I will be able to use my gift cards and to just watch on Facebook for the announcement. I wasn't about to ruin my kids excitement so I forked out my own cash but I really really couldn't afford it. Super irritating!!!

My first visit to Frosted, courtesy of a coupon for a Free ice cream received in the mail.Staff were very courteous & went the "extra mile" when I was going to leave the unused coupons there. I was shown another Free coupon was on the page - this one for a free milkshake. I will come back, not only for my free treat, but because of the great customer service I received on this visit

I picked small menu because there was no option for poor service. I just was there and I counter girl that was helping me needs a little bit of training when it comes to total services!!! She did answer my questions as far as cupcakes. However when it came to end of sale and giving me my cupcakes let’s talk about proper hand off!!!!!! Wow, i’m speechless... I don’t know whether to write about how amazing the cupcakes were, so moist and fresh. We got a variety and i got to say my favorite was the caramel crunch, i’m a huge caramel fan and the lovely girls helped us pick them out. I believe there names were Emily and Emma. These two young ladies were out of this world. Emily the girl with curly hair was so sweet and helped us with our order and even suggested a few different cake ideas for our upcoming sons birthday. I would and will highly recommend this lovely cupcake place to everyone. Did i mention the cool ice cream they have... Anyways great place and great staff. Also, i loved the idea of voting with marvel characters with tips- how funny and creative.Love this place, Mary ❤️

Worst experience I have had at an establishment. I wouldn’t even give them one star. The girl working the front counter, shorter blonde curly haired girl probably in high school, was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my family. I cannot believe this business and the owners would tolerate employees that are rude like she was. I know friends who have said she was rude as well, so this isn’t the only time it happened. I definitely will be spreading my word about this place and the rude employee that took my order. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The cupcakes were dry too.

The people who work here are always so cool and friendly. You can tell that this is an establishment that cares about their community. Very nice to see.

First time here! And had a tremendous experience!!! Dominique and Sydney were awesome and helpful. Ice cream is really good too. Don’t sleep on the cupcakes. Take those home with you. we did!!Update: we have had the cupcakes. (Once we got home.) They were great as well. We will definitely be coming back!

I ordered cupcakes for my nieces and nephew for Halloween. I haven’t seen them since the pandemic started and wanted to surprise them with some delicious cupcakes to show them how much I missed them. I called Smallcakes and asked them if they can add some Halloween theme cupcakes and to write a message on the box, they kindly did. My nieces and nephew loved them and were very happy. I also ordered the pupcakes and the pups also loved them

Ordered a birthday cake at this location. Put a down payment on it. Went to pick up that day and they tried telling me they couldn’t make my cake so they just didn’t make it and I never received a phone call. I had to rush last minute to find a cake. Never again will I order another cake from here
