Simple order.

(2) Smash burger med combos with bottle water and tots.
(1) Bacon double med combo with bottle water and fries

Attempt #1 got everything but ONE SMASH burger WRONG and missing a smash burger.

After realizing the mistake, a mile down the road, I got to turn around and go back.

Attempt #2 wasn't much better. They fixed our drinks and gave us our smash burger and fries. The smash burger turned out to be NOT a Smash burger but a single cheeseburger.

We ended up with
(1) Smash burger tots a bottle water
(1) Double cheese fries & water
(1) Single cheese fries

Horrible job team

Food was nice, family said the frys and bacon were crispy, more than they liked. All and all it was a good spot for a quick bite. They were relatively quick, even if they didn't think so, for the late night we stopped in.

This location is a dump. I think the stalls only work half the time, if that. What's the point of being a drive in if your customers have to wait in the stupid slow drive thru? Even when I've ordered through the app and gone to the drive thru I wait forever. Today was the final straw for me. I ordered through the app, checked in to a stall, and was informed that someone was on the way. After about 10 minutes of nothing I called. I was informed that all the stalls were closed and they never got the notice that I was there. It would be nice if they would label all the stalls as closed and not just some of them. By this point there was a line in the drive thru so I asked them to credit my order and I left. I deleted the app too. It will be a long time before I even consider giving this place another chance.

I would take my sons here while I’m there area. But everyone we go, we tend to get rude service through the speaker. I tried ordering at the drive up/park screens, but we sat there for nothing. Either they don’t work or don’t use them. The food ID cold and is overpriced for the quality. So I doubt we’ll go back there again.
