Mobile ordered 3 slushes and it said they would be ready @ 4pm and assigned us a stall. We waited 15 minutes and pushed the service button, which there was no response. I had to get out of the car and speak with the workers at the window. Upon doing so, finally the worker came out and had the worst attitude. Then the worker gave me a death look because I didn’t tip him. When you have a terrible attitude and the service was horrible, you don’t get a tip. So then after three minutes of driving, the slush started leaking from the bottom of the cup. Lo and behold there was a tear at the button of the cup?? Was that done on purpose? I think so.. And I was glad not to tip the kid. I added a pic of the bottle of my drink.

This place is just the worst and I thought the Dairy Queen in town was bad. If I were the owner I would be embarrassed. They make you wait like a half hour for a fountain drink and some ice-cream or if that's what you can call it. This supposed ice-cream was more like soup. It was so melted and only like half full. I think in the future we'll go somewhere. else. What a joke of an establishment. It's pretty sad that even McDonald's has better ice-cream.

I placed an order online and checked in when I got to the stall. I'm not sure if the online ordering was throwing them off, but I waited over 30 minutes and no one came out to the stall so I went through the drive through and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes if not longer. I'm not sure what the issue was. We only visited the last 2 Mondays because of the slushy deal, but will most likely not be returning. It's not like they were short staffed, I saw at least 5-6 employees delivering food to other cars.

Writing this as I sit at the drive thru window. Waiting forever and a day for food as the employees are all on their phones even the young lady making the food! Management needs to do better.

Came through the drive through about 30min after they opened. Long night and I needed some greasy food lol. Took a little bit but every single item was made fresh so no reason to complain. If their food is always like that, I'll gladly come back.
