Writing this as I sit at the drive thru window. Waiting forever and a day for food as the employees are all on their phones even the young lady making the food! Management needs to do better.

Came through the drive through about 30min after they opened. Long night and I needed some greasy food lol. Took a little bit but every single item was made fresh so no reason to complain. If their food is always like that, I'll gladly come back.

I just paid 9 dollars for 2 “specialty” drinks, the butter brews and the sugar cookie Dr Pepper, which tasted like normal pop. Like I just paid 9 dollars for 2 cans of pop. Go to twisted sugar at least their drinks taste like something different. Friendly enough employees but I won’t be back

For a relatively new store, this place is a disaster. The food takes forever, there’s always lanes closed off, i placed an order online to come and pick it up, the website wasn’t letting me check-in. The fact that they only have like 3 functioning screens and a drivethru makes me wonder why they even built multiple “stalls” or “lanes” for people to order. There’s small papers, cones, a garbage can, and taped paper to several of these. Looking at previous reviews, it has appeared to be this way for months. I likely will not be returning.
Parking: Stalls for ordering are all blocked off. Been this way for months apparently. Appears to be only 3-4 functioning spots out of 8 or 9. It’s almost like they don’t want customers.

Went in a few days ago went in the drive thru, my order was just a large drink. Got to the window ans waited 3 or 4 minutes. Was looking at my drink on the table people was in the back in view eating close to where the drinks a made. Seen another worker with his pants down past his bottom then the worker who come over to give me my order had to put his food in a locker. Called the cooperate number said i would hear from someone and that has not happened. Don't think I will ever go back to this location.
