I have never left a negative google review before, but this place is in such a convenient location for me, but I try to avoid it as much as I can. They are never nice/helpful there (except for one older lady), and my drink is never made right. If they were nice, I wouldn’t care about the messed up drinks. I think everyone there just needs a hug.

Went in early in the morning to grab some cake pops for my co workers and the staff was incredible! Although this Starbucks is on the other side of town from me, I would make the drive just for the amazing service!

Always a bad experience here. I ordered online. I sat there while the employee was preparing another order. By time I received my online already made drink, it was all watered down and perspiration all over the outside. Not frozen any longer. I'm going to complain bc it's ALWAYS something with this location. I prefer the Broadway location and only use this one when more convenient. I'm tired of the attitudes here. Shame on the owner/manager here for ignoring complaints. I will be contacting corporate. Enough of enough.

This is my fav Starbucks in the area for sure, employees are nice and food is good. My only problem is when I say light ice... yall gotta stop putting EXTRA ice!!!!PLEASE stop. Doing that. It's happened too many times to me now.. please fix it. Other than that the actual drinks themselves and everything is good 👍🏽

I like having a place to sit and relax with my kiddos and dog (outside dining). The employees are kind and helpful. The app is the best one yet for placing orders... you can use a gift card instead of linking your cc.

I prefer this location over others. They have the friendliest baristas. If you wait a little longer, they always communicate. I appreciate their hard work and time. This location also has the BEST ice. My taste buds are very good, and the ice also makes a big difference in any drink. I recommend this location, I definitely don't mind taking a longer drive to get the best drinks from the friendliest faces.
Overall the best location, just wish they would leave straws out when picking up mobile orders. It seems like a bother to get their attention when they're busy making drinks.

I placed a mobile order for the first time and accidentally set it to the wrong location, as there are two locations in Crown Point. They were extremely patient and understanding about it. They were kind enough to accommodate me and make my order at the location I showed up at. I hope a manager sees this review and lets them know how great their staff is! I wish I had gotten names to give them a personal shout out. The service was great! 10 AM on 08/03. :-)

I am so thankful for consistency. When I'm tired and very much in need of a good cup of something yummy but unfamiliar with the area ,it's so lovely to look up and see my good ol buddy StarBees ☺️☺️! This location pulled, though, for me nicely. Great job, crew. Fast,friendly service, and my latte with almond milk tasted just like it always does when I'm not traveling. Spot on !??
