Went to the drive thru and hadn't been here in a while. Deanna was patient while I scanned the menu and after a while asked if she could help me find something. She gave several great recommendations and I ended up getting the Caramel Brule latte! It was exactly how she described.

TERRIBLE. Not consistent whatsoever lines are very long will take you 20 mins then your food is just waiting at the door getting cold while 3 cars are in front of you. I won’t be coming to this location again

Edit!! This location just gets better and better! On Red Cup Day, you have to order a holiday drink or you dont get a cup. Plus, this location had a line around the building and only 10 cups left. Not sure why I bother with this location. Won't be be cak this time for sure!!
Always has a line 2 miles long, by far the worst starbucks employees around. Rude beyond belief considering people just waited in line for 35 minutes.

Even if the girl at the window tried to hide her racism against black people she could not it’s literally the same girl at the window every time staring at me not saying a word and barley reaching the Apple Pay machine out the window to the point I have to get out my car she refuse to say hello. I will just try a different Starbucks in the mall area here in crown point they are more nicer . If anyone from Starbucks was wondering the worker she’s there right now 10/15/25 at 7:25PM

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. I love the staff, especially in the morning. They’re so sweet and sweet to my daughter whenever we come in. Always very pleasant and my drink is always correct!

The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely pricey but worth it.
I have never left a negative google review before, but this place is in such a convenient location for me, but I try to avoid it as much as I can. They are never nice/helpful there (except for one older lady), and my drink is never made right. If they were nice, I wouldn’t care about the messed up drinks. I think everyone there just needs a hug.

Went in early in the morning to grab some cake pops for my co workers and the staff was incredible! Although this Starbucks is on the other side of town from me, I would make the drive just for the amazing service!

Always a bad experience here. I ordered online. I sat there while the employee was preparing another order. By time I received my online already made drink, it was all watered down and perspiration all over the outside. Not frozen any longer. I'm going to complain bc it's ALWAYS something with this location. I prefer the Broadway location and only use this one when more convenient. I'm tired of the attitudes here. Shame on the owner/manager here for ignoring complaints. I will be contacting corporate. Enough of enough.

This is my fav Starbucks in the area for sure, employees are nice and food is good. My only problem is when I say light ice... yall gotta stop putting EXTRA ice!!!!PLEASE stop. Doing that. It's happened too many times to me now.. please fix it. Other than that the actual drinks themselves and everything is good 👍🏽
