The absolute worst service in Crownpoint, Indiana by far. The girl at the counter’s name is Nikki horrible attitude, making faces, speaking super soft and when asked to be repeated gets attitude, my entire family was flabbergasted by her amazingly horrible attitude and customer service. I wish that she can be sent to a subway university to be trained properly if that’s such a thing.

I went to this subway this morning and was surprised that the worker had a bad attitude and was not friendly. She acted like we the customers were bothering her. The subs were excellent but the service was terrible.

I’ve come here plenty of times for lunch during the day and never had an issue. Tonight I came in 40 mins before closing & ordered “The boss” which has meatballs and a drink. Instantly the female worker has an attitude for no reason. So once I get home five minutes down the road, the meatballs are ice cold. So there goes a waste of $17. Thanks subway!

You can't see what the people are making anymore. Didn't realize till I got home that they made the wrong roll up. If I could see what they were doing instead of blocking the glass then it could have been caught.

I've ordered pood here before and never had a problem. Tonight was a different story, they have remodeled and now have a metal lid covering all of the meats and cheeses (which I did not like) I ordered a foot long Roast Beef and there were maybe 5 thin slices of meat on my entire sub ( less than half the normal amount). The prices everywhere are insane, but a $15.99 sub should have some meat on it!...... I will say I brought the sandwich back and it was remade correctly. Although they did not look alhappy about it. If I ever order from here again I will be checking my food before I leave. Very disappointed

By far the WORST food. I ordered online and one ab was to be toasted (very basic steak and cheese) and it wasn’t. My sub never had onions and cheese on it. These are two of my favorite items. I don’t know if they were upset by my 15% tip and yes I did tip them. I will NEVER go back there again!! Lesion learned “go where you can watch them make it”. I was tired from working all day so I did the online order.??

There is a young man that works there making sandwiches who needs to roll up his sleeves when he is making orders. I saw him wiping his nose with his sleeves. When he making food his sleeves are rubbing across the top of the sandwich. So unsanitary I changed my mind and walked out.

Subway is going downhill and I’m disgusted. You spent about $10 per footlong for sandwich and you barely get any meat. The footlong Tuna sandwich I order had barely any Tuna, it’s more like a veggie sandwich.Subway is a joke totally not worth the money. The place is a rip off.

Not entirely sure who the franchise owner is of this location, but they obviously do not care about it. Consistently wrong online orders and they act like they are faultless. The entire staff needs to be replaced. If you cant read a basic ticket order you shouldn't be employed. This location will fail in due time. Never before have I been more disappointed in a franchise location.

Horrible. Can't use coupons. Said the last time I was done at another location. Honestly, people 4 or 5 stars. No meat, lousey veggies, and don't honor coupons. Why go there? 1 star.
