Thats pretty lousy when Taco Bell forces you to use that stupid kiosk to order your food. I was ready to walk out without ordering anything, until a young man worker came out from behind the counter and offered to help me place my order. He said he would get yelled at if he took my order at the register like they used too. I hope Taco Bell loses a lot of business because of this policy.😠👎

Been to taco bell 3 times in 40 years. 1st time I puked in less than 30 minutes. Did not realize it was the food. 25 years later bad stomach ache. 5 years after that, bad stomach ache. No need to ever go again.

There is nothing FAST about this place, waited for my food over 30 minutes and my order was skipped over at least 5 times. Spoke to two employees and proceeded to wait as they would tell me that the order will be ready next. What a joke!!!

I went through the drive thru, and the girl taking my order was unnecessarily rude and short with me. When I asked questions about the menu, she was angry. And, when I arrived at the window she didn’t say anything and shoved the food into my face. I understand that I was at taco bell, but I still am paying for customer service along with my food. I would have mentioned her name in this review but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Kindness isn’t that hard.
