My review is about the the girl with the glasses working the drive-thru. She gave very rude and weird vibes when I pulled up. No greeting; just had her hand out the window for my payment. She hurriedly handed me my card & receipt and closed the window. After she gave me my food (grilled cheese burrito & a Doritos locos supreme) I saw there were no napkins in the bag and she never asked if I wanted any sauces, so I asked for mild and diablo. She handed me 1 of each šā¦againā¦weird vibes, cause no Taco Bell Iāve ever been to has ever handed me no ONE packet of sauce! Mind you I need like 3-4 for my burrito alone, so I asked her for more sauce and I guess that triggered her because she grabbed a handful and if Iām not mistaken felt like she shoved it in my hand. It took everything in me to not go there cause I know people got issues and they still get hired so I just went on my way. Whoever is in charge at this location needs to speak to her about her rude behavior and her customer service! If she canāt be polite she needs to not be in drive-thru AT ALL!!! Make her do something where she doesnāt have to interact with people if she doesnāt know how to! I hate rude people working the drive-thru and I donāt want anybody with bad energy touching my food or anything of mine!! And no I didnāt get her name but itās the lil caucasian girl with the glasses. I visit this Taco Bell on the regular and never seen her before so idk if sheās new or what but Iāve never had this problem before. Please address her before she comes across the wrong customer with even more issues than her! Her behavior is not ok!
Not sure why I keep trying to come here on my lunch, between the horrible service, long wait time (always only have about 5 minutes left on my break to eat) they need to take a look at how the floor is being ran because there shouldnāt be a reason to spend my whole break just waiting for my food

For starters they donāt even have a machine to print out your receipt. The lady was not nice. The atmosphere was not good. The food sucked. Iām pretty sure I got overcharged for a small drink, but I wouldnāt know because they wouldnāt give me a receipt
2nd night in a row me and my girlfriend had a horrible Taco Bell experience, IN A ROW. First the nachos were parched. They literally looked thirsty. There was nothing to them, NO MEAT!!!! Second there was NO crunch to her crunch wrap. The only thing I enjoyed was the mk6 white Supra on 3 piece chrome wheels that drove past. Iāll give em two weeks to get themselves straight.

Thats pretty lousy when Taco Bell forces you to use that stupid kiosk to order your food. I was ready to walk out without ordering anything, until a young man worker came out from behind the counter and offered to help me place my order. He said he would get yelled at if he took my order at the register like they used too. I hope Taco Bell loses a lot of business because of this policy.š š
