My tacos were WET. Wet. Not greasy. Wet. What the hell? Did not eat them because that's disgusting. This taco bell is ready. My tacos are usually soggy, and I guess now I know why.

This is consistently the worst taco bell in America. Just mismanaged at all levels. 20 minutes for a few shitty tacos is insane. And you're blocked into the drive thru so you can't just leave. Never again

If you go here use the drive through, I watched over 13 cars get there food while 2 people got a refund because they got tired of waiting. Absolutely ridiculous the inside got zero help. Just close the lobby if you can’t even have people taking orders

I wish there was a negative rating because that’s what this store deserves! ALWAYS something wrong or things missing from my order. I don’t know why I keep giving them second chances but I’m done. My latest order, I got the luxe box and asked for a regular grilled cheese burrito instead of the spicy one. They said they couldn’t do any replacements. Well that’s weird because I always do and there are options for replacements on the app. So I asked them to just use the regular rice instead of the spicy. Apparently, they couldn’t comprehend that because they gave me a burrito with no rice at all. The tortilla chips were stale and the hard shell taco didn’t have any meat! I realize these are kids working here but come on, DO BETTER! I also ordered an orange vanilla freeze and I just got plain vanilla.

Last three times I have visited this location forgot an item, ran out of beef, and today they ran out of the blend cheese. So what did they do? They charged me 85 to put cheddar cheese in my item due to their poor planning.
My review is about the the girl with the glasses working the drive-thru. She gave very rude and weird vibes when I pulled up. No greeting; just had her hand out the window for my payment. She hurriedly handed me my card & receipt and closed the window. After she gave me my food (grilled cheese burrito & a Doritos locos supreme) I saw there were no napkins in the bag and she never asked if I wanted any sauces, so I asked for mild and diablo. She handed me 1 of each 😒…again…weird vibes, cause no Taco Bell I’ve ever been to has ever handed me no ONE packet of sauce! Mind you I need like 3-4 for my burrito alone, so I asked her for more sauce and I guess that triggered her because she grabbed a handful and if I’m not mistaken felt like she shoved it in my hand. It took everything in me to not go there cause I know people got issues and they still get hired so I just went on my way. Whoever is in charge at this location needs to speak to her about her rude behavior and her customer service! If she can’t be polite she needs to not be in drive-thru AT ALL!!! Make her do something where she doesn’t have to interact with people if she doesn’t know how to! I hate rude people working the drive-thru and I don’t want anybody with bad energy touching my food or anything of mine!! And no I didn’t get her name but it’s the lil caucasian girl with the glasses. I visit this Taco Bell on the regular and never seen her before so idk if she’s new or what but I’ve never had this problem before. Please address her before she comes across the wrong customer with even more issues than her! Her behavior is not ok!
