Sat down and got 3 steak tacos today for lunch. They were ok, the meat was tougher than other places but it was a decent taco. Got a burrito to go for later on. She asked if I wanted everything on my burrito. 90% of any taco place everything is lettuce, cheese, tomato and the other 10% add sour cream. I asked for no sour cream. Never in my life would I expect a half a pound of guacamole on it lol. I know I might be a loner here on this but guacamole is nasty lol. So unfortunately my burrito ended up in the trash after I spat it out. All in all the food was decent, not over seasoned or salted. But definitely not a place i would make my normal taco joint. I'll try it again if I'm back in the area for a quick bite.

Horrible customer service here I was told my order was going to be ready at a certain time so when I arrive the cashier handed everyone their food n told me mines was coming right up and 20 min later still no food only to find out it’s been sitting in the back the entire timeIf your black don’t come here they will serve you cold soggy food while all the whites get theirs first . This is why wet backs and immigrants should stay in Mexico

Whether good or bad, it just about takes an act of Congress for me to take the time to write a review. I’m 38 years old and have only left two reviews in my entire life, this will be my third. Simply put, the food was hands-down some of the best I have ever had. The hospitality, second to none. For dinner, I had the Superman burrito which consisted of pork, chicken, beef and steak. I’m not much for beef, however, the flavor emitting from it made my stomach feel like it just won the lottery. Thank you Orlando for restoring my faith in the food industry once again.First time customer and future life customer,-Justin
First time going to the crown point location and completely blown away by how AMAZING the food was. Burrito was stuffed full of meat and the Karla taco dinner was the best I've ever had!!! We'll definitely be back to try more menu items!!!

My go to taco spot. I love their elite as well. Service is good, I usually order ahead and pick up. A bit pricey but it is good quality. Ambiance wise, it's not a dine in spot in my book, unless you have to.

Ordered food at 7:03 and picked it up and we’re back home at 7:30 and our food was cold like it was sitting in a pot for a half hour before dishing it out. We ordered 5 items and nothing was close to being warm.Tacos were small and lacked the garnish we asked for.

I tried the sampler and it was absolutely not it for me. The meat was tough. The taco shells were soggy. It just wasn't a hit, so I would not go back for the food or the service ambience if you like it good for you.

The lady behind the counter was very nice and helped me with the menu with different suggestions since this was my first time coming here. I got the lunch special of 2 tacos and rice. The tacos were small, the steak one was ok, the pork taco was soooo salty and weird, the rice was dry and also some how salty. I got chips and salsa as well. Chips were kinda over cooked and the salsa had no taste and was a milky red color. The spicy small salsa they gave me with the food was good tho. Glad I tried it but won't be back.

Authentic and delicious tacos, you’re not going to find a better taco in crown point. People who are complaining about orders being messed up are more than likely over complicating something that doesn’t need to be complicated. Order them as they come. That’s how they’re meant to be enjoyed. If they screw something up it’s because you didn’t just order the damn taco the way it comes. Been here over 10+ times, never had bad food, never had a messed up order. Just say x amount of Karla tacos and you won’t be disappointed.
