Twisted sugar is right next to my office! Their fresh baked cookies are amazing! The biscoff cookie had thick, creamy biscoff butter on top and the cookie was soft inside. The chocolate fudge cookie tasted like choc cake. I highly recommend twisted sugar… the perfect office treat or gift to clients.

I’m very disappointed. I’m a frequent customer of twisted sugar crown point. Today was different. I wasn’t greeted. when I was it was short and cheap. Two young girls one with black hair other blond. the blond took our order and was very rude along side wear PAJAMAS?! The other girl who brought me my cookie rolled her eyes and scuffed by giving me the cookie. Not what I’m used to and am very disappointed.

From a POC Perspective- I got a bunch of mini cookies. They were decent. I just couldn’t get past the undercookedness of the cookies. Like I could mold the cookies into a dough ball. I ended up finishing baking the peanut butter cookies in the oven when I made it home.

I ordered a 6 pack of cookies online and picked it up in the store. They were out of one of the cookies and they substituted it with the Expresso cookie of the month without telling me.That's terrible customer service not giving me the option to pick another cookie upon pickup. Jokes on me though because it ended up being my favorite cookie! I never would have tried it otherwise.
I spent $16 on 4 cookies and they all look like they haven’t been baked yet. They look and taste like they haven’t been baked yet. Go somewhere else.

First timer:
Went in on a Saturday at 6:00, took three kids to get ice cream, but they don’t have ice cream. Was kind of confused because I googled “best ice cream around me” and the menu board there said a bunch of different flavors. We even decided our ice cream order while we waited for about five minutes for someone to come to the front counter. We were created right away, but the girl said she would be back. The employees didn’t have an answer why there was no ice cream either….. we all had cookies that were delicious. It was just a bummer there wasn’t Ice-cream. Also had to unstack the chairs so we could sit. It was kind of weird…. And there was no garbage can except the one behind the register, so I don’t think they want people sitting inside. Must be like a grab and go type of place. Cookies were great, but more like a place to put in an order for cookies to go.

My goodness… crumbl who?? I had the most amazing, flavorful, perfectly cooked and frosted cookies at this place. I wouldn’t buy cookies for an event or gathering anywhere else. Just amazing!
