Honestly the drinks taste really good and the cookies are decent. Don’t order online. Even through their website it goes through DoorDash and there’s nothing they can do to refund you if something goes wrong. Once my drink was made wrong and missing things which i mean thing happen so i just let it go. Today I placed a timed order to be picked up. I came in there was one person who got a cookie. I said excuse me multiple times. I tried calling while I was in there. No one acknowledged me and I just called to let them know I couldn’t wait any longer in the order. They couldn’t refund me and told me to call back or they would call me back. It’s just not really worth it.

The employee(s) are super friendly and helpful. Today was our first time stopping in. She broke everything down and gave us her honest opinion. The cookies we purchased were delicious. Sweet cookies to last us a few days in the fridge. This is a must try and way better than crumble cookie (in my opinion).

My wife and I had a dry wedding (no alcohol) so we were looking at mocktail options for our guests and came across Twisted Sugar's sodas and flavored waters. We loved the variety of options and the ability to customize signature drinks.
Megan was super easy to work with (very responsive and informative) and the 2 servers we had during the reception were fantastic.
Our guests really enjoyed the drinks and everyone wanted to know where they were from, how we found them, and how they can get them in the future!
We only catered their drinks but we've had their cookies as well many times before so we'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for either!
