Ordered burgers seem like they had really fast service at the drive thru, til I got home the burgers were mush from being under cooked. This is how people get really sick from fast food. Stay away til someone steps up who knows how to train employees and run a restaurant.

Kat Was the employee that greeted us and was the one that rang us up. When I say customer service skills on point, she was very welcoming and it just felt very Light and refreshing to see an employee with a smiling face and very welcoming. The food was good, hot and fresh. And unlike other Wendy’s that I’ve gone to this Wendy’s didn’t seem Dreary, thank you for the good breakfast experience Winfield Wendy’s good job guys!

I’m not sure what happened to the nuggets and why they’re bite-sized now. I got 8 nuggets that were not much bigger than the size of a quarter . I’m not going to support this establishment for half portions . That’s ridiculous. The 4 piece doesn’t even fill the box like it use to

No consistency here. Most visits at this NEW Wendy's have been bad. Cold food, what tastes like overcooked or re-cooked food. What happened to never frozen burgers that are cooked fresh. I stopped going to a different chain due to pre-cooked burgers that sat in a warming tray. Looks like I will have to do the same with this Wendy's.

Wow this place really went downhill fast. We had to stop ordering from here because our orders are always wrong and/or extras that we paid for are not on the food we ordered, cold food too. What happened? New management? Current management not caring? Last 5 times we came here our orders are all wrong.

You have to drive all the way around the building to get to the drive-thru. The person taking the order doesn't speak very loudly and I had to keep asking her to repeat what she said Tomato slices were paper thin and only one little pickle per Burger. They are also very chintzy with the hot sauce and the ranch.

4th time getting food from here and the customer service was excellent as always. Was greeted with a smile, and the food was hot and fresh and delicious as usual. Have dealt with the automated ordering and drive-thru cashier for ordering without issue. Thanks Katrina and Madalynn for the great experience on my most recent trip!

I can't believe they open a new location and have such poor standards. I ordered breakfast and the bun for my sandwich was rock hard. That is an idencation that the bread is expired. They had me pull forward as if they needed extra time to get my food ready so they pulled me forward out of the drive thru window. A common tactic to improve drive thru times for cars waiting at the window. Nope my food came out 15 seconds later. food was not hot or mediocre warm. Someone needs to make sure staf is trained and adequate for the job. your standards suck.
